good place, great location, it is a kind of converted garade or shopfront apartment, so the bathroom is makeshift, there arent really any proper eye-level windows, but the front door has upper windows above the eye line. the place is clean, good new furniture, the shower etc is clean, has fans, has kitchen amenities.

Great host! Highly recommend. Claudia even let us stay an extra hour after checking out.

Great old house in a great safe neighborhood in Cali. It fit all four of us with much room to spare. Loved the pool and the sauna!

the place met all our needs, the backyard is amazing for spreading out and the AC is wonderful. we wanted something that felt like a we were In Colombia and this home did not disappoint. Astrid and colleagues helped us to celebrate a special occasion in a lovely way.

The place is great and hosts are responsive. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs and the place is not too kid-friendly.

I had such a lovely stay here — the location is fantastic, and the space is cozy, simple, and thoughtfully put together. It’s perfect for a solo traveler and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. A heartfelt thank you to Clarena for making my time in Cali so memorable. Clarena is an incredibly kind and caring host, always warm and welcoming. Her presence really added to the experience and made me feel genuinely cared for. The guesthouse is located right next to the host’s home, but it still offers a lovely sense of privacy. The layout feels well-considered, and I never felt like I was lacking space or comfort. Just as a heads-up: the sound insulation isn’t perfect. It didn’t bother me personally, but if you’re sensitive to noise, bringing a pair of earplugs might make your stay even more comfortable. This place had everything I needed and more. I’m so grateful I had the chance to stay here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I had an amazing stay here. The place is really lovely and met pretty much all my expectations. Gustavo, who co-hosts with Juan David, was my main point of contact and he went above and beyond. He was always available, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed, even going out of his way to provide things that weren’t originally included but made my stay more comfortable. I stayed for three and a half months, and it was truly a great experience. I’d absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Cali. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the washing machine—it doesn’t clean quite as well as I’m used to, and it doesn’t have a drying function. In other places in Colombia, I’ve had washer-dryer combos, which help avoid having to rely on the washing line and worry about rain. But this is a minor point and definitely not a dealbreaker. All in all, this is one of the best, most honest places I’ve stayed in. Everything was as advertised—no surprises, no issues!

The place was as beautiful as the pictures are. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is very spacious and the water gets very hot. The washer and dryer work well.

Camilo is very helpful and always responds to messages. The accommodation is very comfortable, the exit to the garden is ideal for resting in private. Very comfortable and spacious. The perfect location to walk everywhere, with good options for restaurants, shops and places to visit.

This place is in a good location. The view of the city is nice and the balcony is really nice at night. The place is very quiet and calm which was great. The place in on a hill so I did go down to a few of the places near by during the day but I did not attempt to walk up the hills-so I used ubers to go to the many places nearby. Overall a very nice place to stay!

We had an excellent experience. From the very first moment, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication was smooth and she was always available to answer any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: close to a wide variety of restaurants, shops and attractions. Everything was very close, which made exploring the area very comfortable and fun. In addition, the area looked very family-friendly and safe, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The space itself was really nice, tastefully decorated and cozy. However, we noticed a slight odor in the master bathroom, which could be something to improve. It would also be ideal for the fans to be checked, as their condition was not the best. Overall, I would recommend this place for its great location and the host's hospitality. I would definitely consider this place again on future visits.

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Excellent apartment, very nice, a quiet area and truly for resting, the apartment is very complete with everything you need. Jose is super attentive to anything you need, any questions I had he answered immediately. I plan to return soon.

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !! I would absolutely love to come back to this exact place and 100%

This apartment is beautiful. Leidy and Claudya were very kind to me and my mom. A perfect place for surgical recovery. Within walking distance of medical clinics. It had everything you needed to make a very comfortable stay for us. Thank you!
