We had a lovely stay in this fantastic house. The location is beautiful with close to many attractions and beautiful pictures. We have enjoyed the lovely garden and the beautiful view. Everything was perfectly clean. We'd love to come back.

The hostess and her family are likeable people. It was interesting to see how they are finding their way to walk new roads with the farm. We had a great time there in a very pleasant holiday home and the region is for snacking.

We had a great time at Edouard's cottage. Very comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located. Many walks and activities for the whole family are nearby. A place that we highly recommend!

The property is great! Everything is present in the holiday home, it is very neat, child-friendly and stylishly furnished. The kitchen was equipped with the large fridge, oven and hob for cooking for a large group. The contact with the hosts was very warm. We had a nice time!

We were there with friends and our children. The house is old but neatly maintained, very comfortable and spacious. We slept well under the flannel sheets. The sauna and playground are pluses. I had a pleasant contact with the hostess Peggy.

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

We stayed here as an overnight stay for a wedding party in the area. It is a very nice stay! We were sorry that we could no longer enjoy the accommodation with jacuzzi and beautiful surroundings, but it was an ideal place to stay after the wedding party. Caroline is a friendly host who responds quickly to messages. Great!

We had a great time, the kids loved having the animals in the backyard and we could relax in the veranda. Great place for families!

The trailer to sleep was right next to the animals and every morning you wake up with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing! We could always reach somebody when we had a question and had an awesome stay.

We had a lovely, relaxing time at An's. We particularly liked the proximity to the horses. It was just beautiful to watch the horses in the pastures in the morning. An and her family are very warm and helpful. We'd love to come back!

The cottage is packed with amenities. The kitchen design is very complete, from coffee maker to wine extractor, everything was there. The beds are of good quality, everything was clean, in short recommended for those who want to stay in this area for a shorter or longer period of time. Sabine is a friendly and thoughtful host.

Evelien is very helpful and friendly. The area was wonderfully quiet and private. Especially as an animal lover a wonderful place, we were especially fan of the horses who came to welcome us every time we arrived. Furthermore, a lovely bed and the bath was also lovely with a little girl. We would definitely come here again!

A beautiful guest house located in the outskirts with fantastic views. A very well kept and clean accommodation we were truly impressed. The guest house boasts of a lovely good size open plan lounge and kitchen area with access to private back garden with full use of sofa and outdoor table and chairs. The house was clean on arrival, and we loved that they had a range of toys for my children that were made full use of - So sending a huge thanks to the couple for that! The kitchen had lots to offer a space to cook and relax. A fully functioning electric hob/ dishwasher and fire pit (super easy to use). Good size beds in both rooms and my kids slept well. We travelled to Ghent and Bruges via car which took no more than 35 mins. All in all fantastic location with beautiful landscapes, Jabbeke had many shops / bakeries / electric charging points near by. Thank you to Frederiek and Riet and for their warm welcome and for letting us stay at the beautiful guest house.

The host was friendly and super welcoming. Our arrival was flexible, so we could get into the cottage earlier. The stay was nice and clean, in addition, the bed slept very well. It was great to wake up to the widest view every morning. The kitchen was also equipped with all the comforts. The area is diverse and easy to reach on foot or with a short car ride. All in all, a very nice experience and we will definitely be back!

I had a very nice and quiet stay at Kitty's place. The green surroundings with the dogs, goats and ponies are a relief from the sometimes busy and hectic life. Everything was present in the tiny house to cook comfortably, eat, relax (terrace outside) and even do the laundry and the pee. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, spacious, and decorated with a lot of taste. Everything you need is there. Perfectly clean. Just be aware, the destination is quite remote, so you need to be ok with taking the car daily. Otherwise there are some nice walks you can do from there, but you’ll be isolated!

An absolutely brilliant stay in a lovely slice of Belgium. Fantastic stay for families and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

The house is large, beautifully prepared and offers plenty of space. The game room with darts, foosball and bumper pool offers a cool extra. Both bedrooms have their own shower, everything is clean and great for a family vacation. Everything was completely uncomplicated.
