Sabine's place is absolute gem!! it's a little heaven of paradise and we absolute loved out stay. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need; the outdoor area/garden was super to relax. Location was perfect - short drive into town center (for groceries/restaurants ) and 20 min to the beach. We can't wait to be back

Ein sehr schöner Ort, umgeben von viel Natur und Tieren. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit hier wirklich genossen. Der private Badesee ist ein Traum und zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit. Allerdings sind zwei Straßen die (vom Meer) zur Unterkunft führen nicht asphaltiert und haben große Schlaglöcher. Es empfiehlt sich daher, lieber einen kleinen Umweg zu fahren. Wir wünschen Esta und ihren Tieren alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Segunda vez neste pequeno paraíso. Para quem gosta de silêncio, animais, privacidade, este é o local perfeito. Perfeito para bebés/crianças. Os caseiros são a alma deste sítio. O sr Coirinha e esposa são pessoas super amáveis e disponíveis. Recomendamos muito.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e o alojamento vai de encontro a toda a descrição, tendo-nos surpreendido muito pelo positivo, a paisagem e o sossego da zona. Foram uns dias muitos bem passados e uma experiência a repetir, se possível. O anfitrião foi incrivelmente disponível connosco e só temos de agradecer

The property was gorgeous, and we could tell the home was built with love. This was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet, tranquil, inspiring, and lush with vegetation and birdsong. The wood stove in the evening was also very nice. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Gal!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Joel, Fernanda und Amândio war sehr schön, wundervolle Gastgeber und ruhige Umgebung, sehr angenehme Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Wir durften uns vom Garten Tomaten und Paprika nehmen. Der Ort mit sehr netten Restaurants und Cafe's sowie tolle Strände sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gutes Wandergebiet! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Most peaceful stay of our trip to Portugal. The space is incredible and really relaxes you to be out in the country side, seeing cows eating in the valleys across from you while you cook breakfast or hearing the owls in the evening while you are falling asleep. Impressive that you could also still get great wifi if you needed to catch up on things or watch a movie after dinner. I actually thought the pictures didn't even do the space justice for the surroundings as you are perched on top of a little hills looking down into meadows of a valley covered with flowers. Makes you feel nostalgic. My only suggestion would be that in the kitchen - quality organic olive oil from the local region and a clean option for basics like sea salts are offered, otherwise you have to buy them yourself beforehand because the options there were not good. This was an incredible place and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a nature trip.

Die Unterkunft von William ist einzigartig. Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Kindern (4, 2) und haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross, hat genügend Platz, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, was will man mehr. Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit an den schönssten Stränden von Portugal. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal bei William und können ihn und die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Lieben Dank durften wir bei dir sein.

We - 3 adults and a two year old - had a great relaxing time in the lovely house of Jonathon and Sandra. Plenty of space inside, everything at hand. It felt like a home away from home. The land/garden around the house was very spacious, with a nice big (a bit cold at this time of year) pool, nice garden furniture, a cosy dining area and for my daughter a great playground. In the quiet area around the house, mostly national reserve park, we could do a fun activity every day. With as topper the Safari park and the beach at Comporta for a luxury lunch and beach of Santa Andre for a relaxing day. Highly recommended for those wanting a relaxing holiday with family or dear friends.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la cabane au milieu des orangers. Le lieu est très privé et le logement charmant, avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits ce qui nous a permis de visiter les plages/alentours en voiture. Allez-y les yeux fermés! Et ne manquez pas les couchers de soleil sur les plages de Porto Covo.

La caravane est super bien équipée, très cocooning! On a passé un super séjour, Anna est réactive en cas de soucis et sympathique. Nous recommandons!

Wir hatten einen großartigen 13-Nächte-Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb. Die Privatsphäre war perfekt, man konnte völlig ungestört sein. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Musikanlage hat super funktioniert. Der Pool liegt idyllisch in der Natur, umgeben von Feldern, weshalb manchmal Insekten hineingelangen – was in dieser Lage ganz normal ist. Antonio kam alle drei Tage zur Reinigung, danach war der Pool problemlos nutzbar. An den anderen Tagen konnte man die Insekten auch selbst leicht herauskeschern. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Tivemos a sorte de ser a primeira reserva. A Ana foi super prestável e atenciosa com tudo. a casa estava bem cuidada e é mais acolhedora do que nas fotografias. O espaço exterior é maravilhoso, com imensa área e confortável. Tivemos sempre o apoio dos caseiros, Tita e Alexandre, que foram incansáveis. Recomendo!

Alexandra & Tiago are fantastic hosts. The instructions to get to their place were really helpful and despite our late arrival Alexandra was ready to welcome us and show us around. Their place is beautiful, set in peaceful surroundings with lots of places to wander and explore, or just sit, relax, and sample some of the great local produce (we particularly enjoyed the local wine and olives, and freshly squeezed orange juice each morning). The house is spacious with a nice bathroom (great shower) and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well equipped and we found everything we needed to cook our own meals. The local area is stunning and there are lovely villages and cafés to explore, or you can venture a bit further to the coast. Alexandra & Tiago were incredibly welcoming and helpful, sharing tips on local things to do, and adding some special touches since we were on our honeymoon. Couldn't recommend their place highly enough - thank you!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der herrlichen Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr speziell, da sehr einfach und doch ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr geeignet für Menschen, die die herrliche Natur und ein einfaches Leben geniessen können. Felipe hat einen wunderschönen Garten angelegt!

This home is a beautiful farm house in the area - you feel right at home when you arrive and it makes you want to move in. The property is so peaceful, calming and great for kids and outdoor meals. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of all of the beaches in the area. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative (the best communication I've encountered with an airbnb) - always there to respond to you if you have questions and help with anything that comes up. The house is also incredibly well equipped for multiple guests and a longer stay - the photos don't reveal just how many dishes, pots and pans, and other supplies the home has. As well, the windows have screens which is a HUGE plus that many airbnbs in the area do not have. If you are there in cooler or wetter weather, the house does get a little bit damp if you are sensitive to that but that is pretty common for most places in the area and the hosts have put things in place to help with it.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, les logements sont très confortables, l'environnement est très bien entretenu et verdoyant. Sublime terrasse !

What a lovely remote place, with a huge garden and 4hectares of private forest!The starry skies were breathtaking. Do bring rainboots,because it quickly becomes damp. The hosts were very friendly,hospitable&helpful. Helena regularly checked whether everything was going well/if we needed anything.&immediately texted back if we had a question.Due to our long stay,there were some things that broke/did not work properly,but the host made sure she/someone else came over if needed.We solved many things ourselves,or after a text message.The host responded very pleasantly to this. The house was clean&very cozy.The living room was warmly decorated&the table was set for our arrival! The winternights can be cold but there is a fireplace,many electric heaters&blankets.The beds were a bit small for us. WiFi (videocall/streaming tv)was good in the living room! Don’t be afraid of some barking guarding dogs who are behind fences. Love to come back; the space,peace,quiet&nature were absolutely magical!

The space is very nice, lovely views, opens directly onto a backyard which has a wonderful space for young children, sand pit and open grass to play. Our cat went missing, Cornelia allowed us to stay in the property way past checkout to try to find her. Tiago, once he heard about this also jumped in to search for her. Eventually we found her in the house after searching the entire property for 7 hours... hidden behind a couch. Now besides spending 7 hours searching everywhere, I ended up... searching everywhere and let me tell you this area is stunningly beautiful. Overall if you looking for a place to get away with the kids and pets I would highly recommend it. I would say the only thing I would add to the experience is bring some mosquito repellent. The mosquitos there are in no short supply & loud at night so keeping them at bay in the house with repellent would make your sleeps comfortable but overall was a lovely place, hosted by caring people in a calm environment. :)

Wir waren insgesamt einen Monat in der Villa und hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Grandola! Das Haus ist sehr neu, die Natur umwerfend schön und Maria ist eine tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin. Einmal die Woche kam außerdem jemand, um den Pool zu reinigen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind ebenfalls wunderschön und wenn man etwas Ruhe in der Natur sucht ist man hier genau richtig. eine kleine Anmerkung ist, dass das WLAN und der Empfang dort nicht sehr gut funktioniert hat, dieses Problem konnten wir allerdings mit einem zusätzlichen Router, den wir selber mitgebracht haben größtenteils gut umgehen. Alles in einem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in Grandola und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

We really enjoyed our stay at Monte da Choça. Rudolfo was always ready with help, a good story or good suggestions on where to go. We had some issues in the beginning but it was quickly solved and Rudolfo was very responsive. We enjoyed the very clean pool a lot, feeding the animals every morning, petting the super cute dogs and cats, and our son really liked the games and the bicycle available, and we spend a lot of time just roaming the grounds. The hotel is placed in a very pretty nature setting and only 10 mins drive away from some of the most breathtaking beaches we have ever visited. We would love to come again one day.

Um lugar lindíssimo e muito tranquilo — perfeito para quem procura estar em contacto com a natureza! Adorámos a experiência e fomos muito bem acolhidos. As crianças ficaram encantadas, especialmente com a piscina e aquela vista maravilhosa! A cozinha está bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário, embora tenhamos sentido falta de uma grelha para poder fazer a fogueira ao lado e assar. Mas para quem quiser brilhar só umas salsichas ou marshmallow dá perfeitamente. Todos foram sempre simpáticos e prestáveis. Recomendamos vivamente!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful accommodation in the countryside of Portugal this is the place to be! We had a very relaxing stay here. Maria was such a lovely host and gave us great tips for the area. For us the best part besides the pool was the grill area next to the apartment! We’d love to come back in the future!
