Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. Welcome to our magical wooden beachhouse in Beddingestrand, set in a secluded wildflower garden 200m from nature reserve and the sea. As soon as you step into the garden all stress melts away. Beddinge is a place to take it easy and live a simple life. Read your book, sketch, think, write, cook good food, go for walks along the beach, take a swim, go for bike rides. The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.

Walking distance to the sea and swimming (150 meters) Good bus connections with close to bus stop. Walking and cycling distance to nearby restaurants. Close to other services. Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
