Чудесная, уютная, солнечная квартира. Заходишь и понимаешь, что попал домой, и тебе здесь рады, тебя здесь ждали. Выходишь на балкон, вдыхаешь морской воздух и осознаешь, как тебе повезло, тебе достался билет в первый ряд и тебе больше не надо искать обзорные площадки и прочее, ты все это получаешь здесь: и рассветы и вечерние огни. В квартире есть все необходимое, и даже больше. До Старого города и пляжей можно спуститься улочками которые ты бы ни за что не посетил, поселившись внизу, и увидеть то, чего не видят большинство туристов. Обратно можно доехать на недорогом такси, или даже на автобусе.

Très bon appartement avec une hôte accueillante, restaurants, plage, cafés, salles de sport, bus etc... à proximité. Des pistes de promenades accessible le long de la plage, en forêt et en montagne. Destination idéale pour court séjour tout comme pour long séjour.

Had the perfect stay at Anton's place, the view was beautiful, though hot during the day the balcony was perfect at sunset for drinks after a day out exploring. I highly recommend Anton's place.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Betten waren äußerst gemütlich, was zu einer erholsamen Nacht beitrug. Uns ist im Bad ein kleines Missgeschick passiert, aber wir konnten das schnell und unkompliziert mit einem 20-Euro-Schein untereinander klären. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. I think this was the greatest option for the price (nice kitchen, TV, AC, WIFI, really all incl.). They were very friendly and helpful after arrival (I only gave them printed pdf from Airbnb and they instructed me perfectly - I liked this). Absolutely satisfied with perfect cleanness, private parking lot, organisational skills from family site, small handy shop, very friendly personal approach - really TOP hosting. Probably we had big fortune to get such beautiful accommodation. Also position is very confident no any disturbing by road traffic, no any big hill as far as Sutomore is hilly town. Owner has big and fully fenced parking lot - he was patiently closing the gate every night - I feel my car was really confident. I do not understand why there was not mentioned kitchen in advertisement, because there was nice and fully equipped kitchen in one of two balconies what is really perfect solution - not to mix smells in the bedroom. Absolute satisfaction 100%, can only recommend.

Petar is een vriendelijke en betrokken verhuurder. Hij neemt tijd voor je om tips te geven over de omgeving. Dit zorgde er voor mij voor dat ik heerlijk en betaalbaar heb kunnen eten, dat ik een onvergetelijke en relaxte boottocht heb gehad (Petar liep ‘‘s morgens om 8.30 uur met me mee naar de opstapplaats) en dat ik, tijdens het welkom, heb mogen genieten van heerlijke zelfgebrouwen borrels. Fijn om je zo welkom te voelen. Dank je wel Petra voor je mooie accommodatie en je oprechte betrokkenheid. Antwan.

Плюсы: Офигенная веранда со столиками и крутым видом, для удаленки то, что нужно. Собственная ванная, но обща кухня, на которой есть все необходимое Смена постельного и полотенец 3 раза за месяц была Гага приносила вкусную выпечку, которую делала сама, это было очень приятно Пекарня Amfora рядом, там вкусные пиццы Офигенный пляж с туннелем рядом, крайне рекомендую узнать где он и сходить туда, поплавать с масками, там очень круто!! Минусы Иногда шумели соседи и собаки, так как частный дом Комментарии Стирать можно было раз в неделю ,нам хватало в целом Магазин относительно недалеко, есть маленький в 5 минутах, большой 15 минут пешком

swietny gospodarz i wspaniala lokalizacja. pokój czysty i przestronny. wszystko jak w opisie. W prezencie od gospodarza dostaliśmy wspaniałe wino własnej roboty i pyszny winogron. Polecam!!!

On a séjourné une semaine chez Lucie. tout s'est bien passé. l'appartement est très propre et agréable à vivre. il y a deux grandes terrasses. très agréable le soir. place de parking privative. Lucie et son mari sont très amicaux et discutaient régulièrement avec nous. l'appartement est à 40 minutes de Dubrovnik et 20 minutes de Monténégro. il est facile de passer la douane et visiter Monténégro également. il y a aussi une très belle plage à 15 minutes. supermarché et restaurant pas loins. l'endroit idéal pour passer une semaine/ 10 jours de vacances.

We had a great stay! Place was clean, very quiet area. No problem with heat even without aircon. Shady terrace with slight wind. Communication with Alexandra was great and we always got good advice. Happy to visit again.

The place matches the photo's. It is a nice and quiet Airbnb. The surroundings were very quiet, the town of Ivanica is very peacefull and still. At the end of the road there is the border to Croatia. We went to the river nearby to swim and stayed there for the whole day. We had the little 3 person appartment in the back. There was a little table with two chaires in front of it, but that was not very cosy. You can always sit by the pool, wich is nice.

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool, piece and quite surrounding, 15 minutes by car to Budva city center, 5 minutes to Jaz beach, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, airconditioning in all rooms, fast and easy communication with the host, she was very helpful and flexible, I absolutely recommend this place.

We stayed in Majda's apartment for one month and absolutely loved it. The view is amazing and the patio is a wonderful place to sit and watch the cruise ships come and go and also to enjoy the beautiful bay and landscape. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's new, very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our long stay. It is located in Dobrota, which is about a 25 minute walk to Old Town. It's about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront where there are a lot of restaurants. There is a market about 5 minutes away. Majda and her husband our great hosts who are very responsive and kind. We hope to return and stay in that apartment again.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Ksenia. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Lage zwischen Meer und Bergen ist einfach nur ein Traum. Ksenia hat jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hätten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen 🌼

I liked everything very much. The house corresponds to the description. There is everything you need nearby: a store, a cafe, and the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Wir waren fünf Leute und waren genau sieben Tage dort. Als wir angekommen sind, kam uns Duro direkt entgegen und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön und zu den beiden Stränden unten am Wasser braucht man maximal fünf Minuten. Wir hatten zudem einen Mietwagen, den wir ohne Probleme vor dem Haus parken konnten. Duro hat dazu noch einen Grill, der jederzeit benutzt werden kann. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, kam von Duro schnell eine Antwort und jedes Mal, wenn wir ihm begegnet sind, hat er sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit dans ce logement, très pratique car situé à 10mn de l'aéroport et à 5mn a pied du centre ville. à 40mn en bateau du port de Dubrovnik ou 30mn en voiture.pour avoir vécu Dubrovnik, Split et Zadar, c'est en fait le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu en Croatie. Du niveau suite 5 étoiles, tout est neuf, très propre, meublé et équipé avec gout. Les volumes sont très spacieux, le lit est un king size à 2 matelas, la cuisine est bien équipée, le salon est confortable, la salle de bain est top. Antun est très accueillant il nous a permis de laisser notre véhicule dans son espace jusque notre départ pour l aéroport, il est prévenant et très professionnel.

Nadja was a wonderful host. She took care of all the details and made us feel like home. From daily cleaning, laundry, clean towels everyday to useful tips and recommendations about the surroundings. The kids had a lot of fun. The swimming pool looked small in the pictures but is actually big enough for up to 4 kids. Kitchen is actually small but has everything you need to prep a quick meal. Queen's beach and king's beach are imo 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and are a mere 10 walking Min. away, now free of access too. Sveti Stefan is a must see. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nearest Supermarket is just 2 Min away. The house has a private garage for parking. Just be aware it's very narrow. We loved our Stay in Montenegro and had a blast!
