Easy access, very clean, they commented that there would probably be noise during the day because it was under construction, so we didn't have any problems, super quiet… very comfortable and cozy, I recommend it… Very kind in giving us a few minutes to check out, great communication from the administrators:)

I just spent a month here. A beautiful condominium. Very clean, well organized, lots of cutlery, plates, cups and pots. Beautiful complex. Brand new, the units are still being built. Very safe. Roberto and Diego were amazing. Always helpful and attentive if I needed anything. Highly recommended.

It is a nice place very clean if you go to the beaches near the accommodation. This is perfect, a very safe place if I have to say something, the pool was small but everything else is perfect

A little far from Xona Dorada, but there are buses that take you to the boardwalk. The house is very comfortable, a small detail but it was resolved immediately. Highly recommended

A very complete and peaceful place, they had everything for our comfort such as beach towels, umbrella, etc. The host was very attentive, understanding, and quick to respond. I would certainly wash up here again.

The Host was very communicative and excellent vibes. The place was super clean and with very good amenities. I felt as it was at home, everything was very nice. The heated pool and the rent of the grill left us luxury. Carritos is a very good area for our activities.

Excellent house, especially for several couples, the private area is super quiet and the photos are exactly as the house is.

We had a wonderful time at Beatriz Zulema’s house. She was very friendly, responded within minutes, left the house very well stocked with water and other essentials, checked in with us from time to time to make sure everything was working properly and even dropped off some wonderful fresh vegetables and a bottle of wine. All in all a fantastic experience. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this condo. It is ideally located right on the beach and the property has a great heated pool. The grounds are meticulously kept. The condo met all of our needs. We would return again in a heartbeat!

Very nice stay! Completely complies with what was announced, the host was very nice and had good communication with us despite not being in person during our stay, he gave us the instructions to arrive and to settle in the accommodation. The location of the condominium is very good, it is located in front of the beach, and it is about 15 minutes from shops. The only downside was that they didn't let us use any of the amenities it offers like the play area, as the staff told us that only the guests who are staying for about a month can make use of them. Outside of it, everything is fine, we had a very pleasant family weekend, we would definitely come back 😊
