The apartment is amazing: three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all very well maintained. Very clean, very nicely decorated, everything new and very functional and elegant. 200% recommended if you want something excellent. Full attention and super quick answers to any questions. Of course, if we return to Chamberí, I'm SURE we'll repeat!!!

Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very responsive to feedback for improvement, which was implemented within hours. The apartment is comfortable.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

We've enjoyed our stay at Antonio's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, clean and well maintained. Good and friendly communication and reactive when we had questions. You'll find all the confort you'll need.

Kike has been the perfect host! Always attentive from before arrival giving tips and especially during the stay. The airbnb was super equipped and with details I haven't seen on other airbnbs. Super recommended! Super recommend! Unbeatable location. You can go EVERYWHERE on foot and it's in one of the best areas of downtown Madrid with a supermarket a minute away. Definitely has everything you need for a perfect experience

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

We enjoyed our stay on this apartment. It was clean and met all our needs. Very nice rooms. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Emmanuelle's treatment was pleasant and direct, she left no doubt when answering questions. The house is very nice, very clean when we arrived and comfortable (we were amazed at how well soundproofed it is, you sleep very peacefully). For us, who were looking for a few days to rest and relax, the place was ideal. We left wanting to repeat and everything :)

Rafael's place was perfectly located on a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood. Great location for exploring the city. Rafael was responsive and communicative. The house was exactly as described. We'd stay again.

Sergio is an extremely attentive host, the apartment is unbeatable. The best thing about this apartment is its location, 20-30 minutes away you have Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía etc. Definitely go to this house because the apartment is a 10 and its location is a 10.

A perfect apartment, with everything you need to stay in Madrid. The metro station is very close and there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also to be appreciated is the beautiful park with a bike path, which is also illuminated at night. Impeccable availability of hosts. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this place again.
