Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bantul Regency

Tempatnya bagus bgt dan di tengah2 kota, semua ruangan ada acnya even di living room juga, amenities juga super lengkap dan dikasih breakfast. Mantaaap pokonya👍🏼👍🏼

Tempatnya strategis, dekat jalan besar dan tempat makan. Nyaman, homy banget. lantainya bersih, lepas sandalpun ngga berasa kaki berdebu. ada 4 kamar, semua ada WC dan kamar mandi di dalam. ada bantal guling juga. TV ada di tiap kamar, cuma ada yg rusak. Untuk check innya janjian sama Pak Agung yang tinggal di bagian belakang rumah. Beliau sangat ramah dan membantu. Membelikan sarapan (nasi kuning/uduk/gudeg), bisa bantu antar jemput, bisa titip beli oleh-oleh juga. waktu nginep di sini kebetulan anak saya sakit, muntah kena seprei. pak agung langsung ganti seprei dengan yang baru dan pinjamkan balsem. Terima kasih pak Agung.

Pertama kali datang ke Jogja dan menginap disini. Nyaman, bersih, dan owner sangat ramah, sarapan tersedia setiap hari. Lokasi yang strategis dengan akses dekat ke mesjid, tempat makan dan swalayan(alfamidi). Disamping rumah ada parkiran juga disediakan kalau bawa kendaraan. Terima kasih, senang bisa menginap disini selama di Jogja 😍😍😍

The house is an ethnic javanese house, located in the second ring of jogja palace with lots of historical sites, classic traditional restaurants. batik shops, small cafe, laundry, street vendor, etc. The pool is sizeable for a light exercise. Accompanied by 24 hours guard and maid makes the stays more convinient. There are plenty of utensils for more than 10 guests. Last but not least, the host is very responsive and kind

My fam & I loved our stay at Iwan’s place (we kept praising it during our stay). The villa is not huge but enough, homey & having an AC in the kitchen/living room area is amazing! The pond with fish & water sounds were a great addition to add to the lovely vibes. The AC in my room was also so cold compared to many other places I’ve been at ( I love cold AC & temp). Loved my room: the mattress, bedsheet & comfy covers, cold AC, the custom furniture/desk/drawers/mirror & TV. I had such a comfortable time sleeping in my cold room & comfy bed & nice covers that I didn’t want to leave & check out. The living room +kitchen area was also comfortable. We also appreciated the aesthetics & additions to the interior & exterior design of the house. Overall, we loved our stay & my experience in the room I stayed at (the first one on the left when entering) has been the most comfortable room I’ve stayed at thus far in Jogja. 🫶🏼

1.check in check in was so easy the host give u pin to open safebox then finish la 2.bedroom have 3 room with double bad and private bathroom also have 1 room with second floor here have 1 double bad and twin single bed for the second floor the good things is have a bathtub for the bathroom 3.laundry the area is big enough washing machine also easy to use 4.cook area the utensils for cooking and eating is complate there, water dispenser also have with unlimited water 5.pool the pool ia clean and big enough for swimming after swimming have special towel for u to 6.breakfast stay in here have included breakfast even they not put the description there the food was delicious and give us big portions day 1 give us fry rice with chicken and crackers day 2 give us balado egg, with kering tempe and fry rice noodle ------- 1. the bathroom is open roof so u can counting a stars but yeah will easy have ants anywhere but not really a lots also have a shit from lizards or

Rumahnya nyaman, bersih, lengkap banget semua disediain sama kak Stev, orangnya juga ramah dan kasih banyak rekomen tempat oke. Check-in mudah, bisa self check in. Isi dapur lengkap beserta peralatan masaknya. Kulkas dingin, ac dingin, sampe kedinginan hahaha. Bed bersih sesuai request, ga ada debu dalam kamar dan perabot di rumah, apik. Bisa cuci baju, jemur juga. Suasana tenang, deket rumah ada tukang bakso enak, tinggal jalan kaki 1 menit. Lokasi oke banget pokoknya. Ada satpam yg jaga. Aman. Sarapan disediakan setiap pagi, lumayan banget isi perut hehe.

I stayed at Dilla's place for 5 days with my in-laws from Malaysia. Dilla's house was a perfect place to spend time together with my family. The location is excellent. It is safe, secure and very quiet. Many sights are within easy walking distance, and transport is readily available. Boskoro and his family were excellent hosts. We would all happily stay there again on our next visit to Jogja.

Super séjour. Lotissement très agréable et conforme aux photos. Personnel accueillant et serviable qui donne des conseils et aide à organiser notre séjour si besoin. Le logement est très bien placé. Le fait de pouvoir laisser ses bagages à l’accueil après le Check-out est très pratique pour profiter une dernière fois de la ville avant le départ. Je recommande fortement.

Fonie looked after us very well, preparing delicious breakfasts whatever time suited us each morning, and cleaning the room every day. The room is a little dark, but very comfortable and spacious. The location is convenient, very central.

Mooie locatie, we voelde ons gelijk thuis door de gastvrijheid en de vriendelijke mensen. Ze hebben heel lekker eten bij het restaurant en we kregen elke ochtend een ontbijtje. Hier kom je echt tot rust van de drukke stad. Half uurtje met de auto en je bent in het centrum. Echt een aanrader!

I can't thank enough for Bakti's team! D-3 I told them if there's a chance for me to change / upgrade the bungalow. And yes! They helped me to upgrade the bungalow. Quick response, very helpful. Nice bungalow, best view, and the breakfast was fantastic! I wonder am I the only local who have stayed in this fantastic eco-bungalow ahhaaha. Highly highly recommended for everyone and I would love to share this place to my friends and relatives.

Mas Arief's place is a wonderland of peace. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center, which is something to keep in mind. For me, this was absolutely perfect. The calmness of the village life was exactly what I needed. I stayed here for two weeks while finishing a project, and I was able to focus and relax at a very high level. The daily breakfast was always delicious and ibu kept the place spotless on a daily basis as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will come back.

great place for you who wants to find a peaceful surroundings

It was an amazing experience! This place is like a small paradise. Starting from huge and tasty breakfasts ending with fascinating nature inside the villa. The place is in a good location, about 20 mins from the city center. You can rent a scooter or order a car with a driver right in the villa. Can ask for a laundry for additional money. Ari is an excellent example of a super host. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay, gave a lot of advices where to go and what to do. Also there is an opportunity to order a dinner made by him. Don’t miss that chance! It’s a traditional Indonesian dinner with a lot of dishes, super tasty. Thank you Ari! That was much better than I expected!

Lokasi dan kamarnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan hosts-nya juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Sangat sesuai ekspektasi. Sepertinya akan jadi langganan tempat menginap kalau ke Jogja lagi. Kalau bawa kendaraan, ada garasi yang cukup untuk parkir motor dan mobil.

Super nice place to stay if you want to visit Yogyakarta but staying in an nice environnement. Oki is really friendly and concerned about your well beeing and you will have a really nice breakfast. Thank you so much!
