Beautiful place with an amazing volcano view. We loved the way it had indoor/outdoor features. Really great way to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful views but also relax and take enjoy a slow morning.

Truly amazing stay. Laura could not of been a better host. From the start we felt right at home and Laura was kind enough to offer us rides to town to show us around. She made us feel right at home and her property is beautiful. For getting to town just use Uber, it’s really cheap! Casa Catalina is the perfect spot in Tamarindo and Laura could not have been a better more thoughtful host!

Awesome stay, very close to everything, including beach access. Always felt secure and safe on property and staff were always attentive, if needed.

This was an incredible end to a trip to Costa Rica. We didn’t explore the city of San Jose, but there was so much to do at this beautiful location! A perfectly warm pool, 3 stories of a gym, one story of a kids playroom and cinema, and you have to check out the themed rooms on floors 30/31!! They are absolutely incredible and you end with a view from the top of the building looking at the beautiful mountains. 10/10 recommend staying here. You will feel incredibly safe and at home. There is a bar with food/drinks on floor 1 - excellent! Fully equipped kitchen for cooking in the condo, two comfy beds, AC in bedrooms, TV in main room and one of the bedrooms. Nice touches of home, including a basket of items you may have forgotten, games, and more. This host went above and beyond! Very responsive too. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Our family really enjoyed this home - especially seeing the monkeys, having great swings for our daughter to play on, and an amazing rooftop view!! When the pool pump was not working properly, Rafal was there very quickly to fix the timer and was very personable. When in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Me and husband stayed at Axels beautiful place for our honeymoon for 11 days. It was even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Waking up to the view of the infinite pool and jungle, the sounds of the animals, just breathtaking. Anytime we needed anything (which wasn’t often) axel responded immediately. Luis was also incredible! We decided not to rent a vehicle and cab everywhere and he hooked us up with the most punctual, friendly driver who came to get us atleast once a day. I recommend trying Luis sisters fresh fish (10/10) We were lucky enough to see monkeys, parrots, lizards, and coaties all from the pool. We did a few tours like horse back riding, went out for dinner most nights, but ultimately during the day we were at the house enjoying the sun! We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy anniversaries. Thank you Axel for have an exceptional place that truly felt like an oasis!

Wow! That was the overwhelming feeling our group had about our time at Mountaintop Mansion. It is an outstanding property that is far exceeding our expectations. It's not often that you say "This place is way more impressive than it looked in the photos." The view was spectacular, the layout of the home and the amenities were perfect, and the overall experience amazing. To top it off, the host, John, and concierge Fabian were super responsive and focused on making our stay amazing. It's a bit of a climb up the mountainside to get to the home, but it's absolutely worth it. I can only echo what the other reviews of said: this home in incredible, and I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Everything about this home was amazing and the host Barbara was the cherry on top. The home was exactly what we were expecting. The pool is fantastic throughout the day for a quick cool down and even more wonderful in the evening looking at the beautiful views. Barbara was so helpful at giving great suggestions for getting groceries and her restaurant recommendations were perfect! She and her husband graciously returned a water toy that slipped over the infinity edge. I absolutely hope to stay at this home again in the future.

The host was very helpful with helping to make a reservation for us at the Xtremo Park and answering any questions. The place looked like the photos but fair warning there are lots of bugs in this area and not as accessible to the town so you need to drive and have 4 wheel drive to drive to this place. Overall, nice experience.

This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous and did not do the posted pictures justice. Marlen was there when we arrived and was such a warm and friendly person. The stay had everything and more than we could’ve asked for - coffee, ice cream, coolers, towels, a washer, the list goes on. The jacuzzi was a nice touch especially at night when we needed to wind down. Albeit a bit buggy I would highly recommend bringing some bug spray (which is expected in tropical areas). Otherwise an amazing stay and we would definitely come back. Pura Vida!

We had an amazing time staying here. It’s just the right amount of remote, super peaceful and surrounded by nature, but still close to everything you want to do. Honestly, it was more than we could’ve wished for. The place itself is beautiful, with jungle all around, constant sounds of birds and animals, and an incredible view. Will was an awesome host. Being a local, he gave us the best tips – where to surf, great places to eat, and even where to get the freshest fish (or catch it yourself!). As others have said, you’ll definitely need a quad or a car to get there because the road is bumpy. But honestly, that just added to the fun and you should get one anyway for the best CR experience. When we visit Santa Teresa again we would definitely stay here again. Totally recommend it to anyone!

This is a lovely place to stay for a few nights. The view overlooking the valley is truly remarkable. The beds are a bit in the hard side, and you can sleep littles in the main room by sliding out a small bed from inside the main bed. My kids loved seeing the animals on the farm. And fed a few horses that are kept in a stable. The kitchen has a two position heating pad. No stove. This place is a bit small for a family of 4. I highly suggest staying here if you are staying as a couple, less so as a family. The host is very helpful and you will joy your time here.

Absolutely loved Jhonathan’s place! It was perfect walking distance from everything (the beach, bars, yummy restaurants, supermarket, etc) and in a gated community where all the staff were so friendly and nice. On the days where the beach was too much, we hung out by the villas beautiful community pool and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The villa itself was the perfect size and super clean. We are already planning a trip back! Would definitely recommend!

We really liked the apartment! Very convenient location, there are restaurants nearby and places to visit. Access to the pool was very close, as was access to the beach. Very happy with the rooms, the kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms worked perfectly. The whole apartment had air conditioning. We really enjoyed spending the night on the terrace after dinner. I would come back again without any problem!
