Maria was an amazing host, the communication was impeccable and respond rates really quick. The flat was really nice and warming, and anything we needed Maria attended to such as an iron and medication. Very appreciative for all the recommendations to certain bars and areas of Stockholm. This Vacation was wonderful and very relaxing. The house, view and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing and leaving the work and stress behind. Our host Markus was very nice and gave us a perfect and warm welcome. He also gave us an overview of our surroundings and a 2 Day Plan into nature to explore. I definitely recommend this house and would love to come again!

We are thrilled to have found this gem for our winter getaway with friends in Vaxholm! The location is perfect—conveniently close to the bus, ferry, and with its own parking space, yet wonderfully peaceful. The house exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and charm. It had plenty of room for everyone and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home with a soul, making our stay special. Mary-Rose, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we felt well-prepared for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in Vaxholm!

We had a lovely two week stay at Johan’s charming house. We loved waking up to the views of the lake and trees, and starting our days with the most beautiful walks around the lake. It is a wonderful place to retreat, peaceful and surrounded by nature, but only a 25 minute drive to Stockholm. Johan was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Had the most fantastic stay at Dennis’ place. From the beautiful house, with amazing scenery and the unexpected touches (games and wood for the fire!), it was hard not to immediately feel right at home. For a cosy winter weekend get away to a summer base for exploring and swimming in the surrounding area - this place is 10/10. Can’t wait until I can go back!

The property is located right around the corner from the water and offers the opportunity for beautiful walks. It's quiet, you're unobserved. Shopping is 5-10 minutes by car, the public connection to Stockholm is completely hassle-free. But even by car you are in the middle of Stockholm within 20-25 minutes. The apartment offers everything you need for daily cooking and living and is calm and friendly. In addition, Henrik and Irma are very lovable and friendly, so you feel right at home. We would come back anytime!
