We had a great vacation in the house. It was all clean and tidy. The pool is amazing and the yard is indulgent. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The service was more outstanding. We had a perfect vacation for us. I highly recommend the house and hope to stay again.

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private villa with a truly spectacular ocean view. The perfect setup for our extended family (6 adults and 2 small children), offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable with en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook at home. The kids especially loved the pool and all the toys available. We enjoyed local meals at Maxis Yard (a charming spot in the nearby village with pottery and homemade food) and Fisalida, which has a stunning ocean view. Both within walking distance. Grocery shopping was easy with both Lidl and the village shops close by. Our host went above and beyond—meeting us for check-in during Easter holiday and even doing grocery shopping for us beforehand as everything was closed. He surprised us with homemade dinner of delicious moussaka and Greek salad, which made us feel so welcomed. We left feeling relaxed and very tempted to return one day.

Our two-week holiday at Villa Zelda was nothing short of incredible. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our already high expectations which had been set by the beautiful photos we saw online. Stamatis’ level of customer care is exceptional. On any occasion we reached out to Stamatis he responded immediately with helpful support that we really appreciated. The quality of the villa, the layout, and the inclusion of modern conveniences all contributed to our satisfaction. The infinity pool with jacuzzi, the sunbathing area, outdoor dining spaces, and well-maintained garden were all top-notch. As if all that weren’t enough, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets on most evenings. The recommendations in the welcome pack were fantastic. We didn’t manage to visit all of them, but the ones we did try were outstanding. In summary, this is one of the best holiday’s we’ve ever had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service and Villa Zelda to anyone!

Our host, George, was hands down the best host we’ve ever encountered in all our Airbnb stays. He was incredibly kind, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—including making multiple stops for us and even helping coordinate a food delivery to the house. His local recommendations were excellent, and as history buffs, we especially loved learning from him about the rich history of Crete and the surrounding area. The home itself was absolutely pristine—spotless and brand new, having just been built in 2024. And the views? Truly beyond amazing. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere more beautiful. The infinity pool was a highlight for our whole family and made the experience feel like a dream. We had plans to explore the area more, but the house was so stunning and relaxing that we ended up spending most of our time right there on the property. It was just that good.

The house is wonderful and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with the beautiful view as well as the private pool. Fani was always easily accessible and always responded attentively to our concerns. The house is recommended for those who like it relaxed and a little quieter. Nevertheless, it is well located for excursions and tours. Thanks to Fani and the team around for letting us enjoy our vacation there so much.

Beatiful view and nice downstairs appartment with own pool and yard. Parking lot had always room for our car. From parking lot there are deep stairs down to the appartments yard. We came late in evening and it was little bit difficult to get in without light on the appartment door. Pool was great for swimming and view fo Chania and sea bay just amazing. If you have lot of electronic devices with you, take a power strip with you. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay in April. Really nice place to relax and enjoy life.

Hari is a great host with excellent communication skills. The house is impeccable, functional and beautiful. The house has a great view from the rooms from the pool unfortunately the view is partially block by another building. Overall, an excellent place to stay with a big group.

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

My husband, our 7yo daughter, and I stayed at Michaela's house in Crete for five nights in April, and we enjoyed it very much. The inside is clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely, but the outside living space - the pool area, the outside dining/grilling area, the terraces - make it special. Michaela's mother Eva, who lives next door, is an exceptionally welcoming and kind host. While she was nearby to help make our stay as comfortable as possible, there was no loss of privacy in the proximity. The house is in a quiet residential area, and we rented a car to get to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc., and to explore Crete in general; this was easy and worked out very well. The weather during our stay was still cool enough, especially at night, so we didn't make full use of the AC system, but the house seems well equipped to handle summer heat. All in all, we recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

Our stay at Villa Castellum was amazing! The villa is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hammam added an extra touch of luxury and made our stay even more relaxing. We stayed here for a family vacation, and it was just what we needed. The beach and the village are only a 10-minute drive away. The house had everything we needed—nothing was missing, and everything was thoughtfully provided. Maria was incredibly kind and helpful—she responded quickly to all our questions and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you, and we will definitely come back!

Could not recommend this place enough. Me and my 4 mates went to this villa. (5 lads, all 21 years old) it was amazing, Magdalena met us at the villa when we landed to talk us through all that we needed and show us around. It was huge, 5 bedrooms and plenty of things to do inside the house, multiple TVs, big kitchen with all the things you’d need, blenders, coffee machine, cutlery etc. The views from the villa were incredible as we were on top of a hill. The pool was the perfect temperature in the day and even at night it was never really cold like most pools. The gym is small but you can manage well if you know what you are doing. It has a good pool table, table tennis, loads of card games and a PS4. Whenever we needed any help Magdalena would always respond in minutes. The price is great for what you get it is the best I have found. It is only 15-20 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion where there is plenty to do such as food and drink. I’d also recommend renting a car.

We had a fantastic time. The villa is stunning and had just been freshly renovated. Everything about it is designed to maximize the beautiful views, the airflow, peace and tranquility. The hosts were communicative, kind and generous with flexible check-in and out. The fantastic pool area, stonework, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, sauna/steamroom, washer & dryer, game room -- all were top quality. This was easily the most beautiful AirBnb we have ever stayed in. It was a good home base for exploring Crete. We were also happy to save one day for relaxing at the villa. We were only a family of four, and the villa could have easily held twice as many. Would love to return one day. Made wonderful memories here.

Stayed in a lot of villas however this definitely stands out from the rest, great plot of land next to the sea with amazing views of the sunset. The fire pit feature makes this villa very special. Nikos is a great host. provided good hospitality with local produce and drinks on arrival. We arrived late and still received a warm welcome with no issues. Will return to this villa in the future.

Beautiful villa tucked away up providing amazing views of the sea from the pool. The villa was modern and had everything we needed for a break away. Maria was very helpful and responsive, and the welcome moussaka and pastries were a welcome surprise. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay.

While the villa was superb and more than in line with the listing, the welcome by the owner's representative made us forget the fatigue of the trip and immediately made us understand that we were on vacation: refrigerator filled with vegetables (from their garden), mineral water, great local wine (to be drunk in moderation) and especially with an unforgettable homemade Moussaka (thank you Madam!). Our grandson found happiness in the playground but also in the pool which he ended up crossing alone with his "fry" after a few days. I particularly appreciated the quality of the hygiene: replacement of pool towels every day, cleanliness of the villa and maintenance done by the family of the owner's representative. The icing on the cake: surprise gifts! The management team was very efficient, responsive whatever the day and time and the …. questions! The proposed partners met our needs with good value for money.

We had a really nice vacation in the villa. The communication was fast, clear and really helpful. The house was clean and met all the expectations.

The house and views were beautiful. An out of the ordinary sandstorm rolled in and the owner immediately came to clean the outdoor area. She was very responsive and attentive. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There are very few walkable places, but if you have a car, it is no problem. We would return, it was perfect for our group of 6.

Great weeks stay, the little villa was perfect for us. The resort of Bali was just waking up after the winter season so only one beach bar restaurant open and then the supermarkets and a restaurant on the main strip. We therefore had lunch out and ate in / cooked most evenings. Mini pool we paid extra to be heated (12/20April) and prob wasn’t worth it as we spent the days on the beach. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and very modern, baths in the bedrooms were only used for towels and swimwear to hang over! Etouri were very responsive in assisting with transfers. Holiday was very relaxing and very chilled.

Nikos was an excellent host! He brought us fresh goodies and made sure we had everything needed. The home is beautiful and exactly has pictured. I recommend renting a car if you stay here as it is quite desolate location and not walkable to restaurants/shops.
