Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Baie Sainte Anne

Great place, close to restaurant and many supermarkets. The hotel has its own beach with chairs and shade (palm trees). A really beautiful beach. You can rent a car, and it's next to a bus stop. It's walking distance to Anse Georgette, and Anse Lazio. I really recommend this place, if you're going to Praslin!

Great Airbnb, Check In was easy, Lucas was super friendly and helpful and the chalet was clean. We had a very good time there and can recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Cedric greeted us a reception and gave us lots of information on how we might spend our time on Praslin. He was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was located close to many amenities and met all our needs. It was well kitted out too. The room was frequently refreshed and Cedric was always there for our queries, beech and taxi bookings etc. A nice place to stay, no complaints and a very helpful receptionist.

We had a lovely 10 days. Marie-Annette is welcoming, friendly and always ready to be of service. The apartment with terrace is very comfortable, everything is done to make you feel good. It's bright but at the same time there are no windows overlooking the sun. During the day we only put the fan, there is air. Waterfront terrace. The bathroom is very pretty. Walk-in shower with ceiling shower. The earthenware on the wall is pretty. The furniture was made by her son and daughter Michelle made of nice soaps. There is a water fountain with a carafe/gourde available which is very convenient. There's a gigantic TV with Netflix. Wifi is free (listing is out of date). The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. Marie Annette is a beautiful person who is dedicated to her work. She always has interesting anecdotes to tell about life in the Seychelles. A full meal is offered.

The residence was very clean, well organized and very comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. Felt like home.

I haven't interacted with Lenny, actually he isn't very responsive to message. I had interacted with the lady at the reception and she is one of the warmest people I have met during my stay in Seychelles. She is very kind, helpful and understanding. We were not given our reserved ocean view room on the first day but she made sure we had the next day as soon as possible. She gave use very useful informnation about the island and around. Guided us through public transport route and food takeaway around the property. The breakfast was decent serve by very nice staff. The location of the property is very close to the beach, atm, bus stop, takeaway food truck. Try jacks they were the best among other food food trucks. I will came back again for sure

We were picked up by taxi from the port and taken to the property. Natasha organized this for us. The property is equipped with all the essentials, clean and welcoming. Up the street there is also a small shop where you can buy the most important things for meals. Anse Volbert can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes - with beach, restaurants and shopping. There is also a bus right at the front of the street. In the other direction you can walk within about 20 minutes to Anse Takamaka, very nice and part of the Raffles resort. From the balcony we had a great view directly on the bay of Anse Possession (less for swimming, but starting point of many boats to e.g. Curieuse Island - Natasha also organized this tour very easily for us). For 2 days we had also rented a car through them. This will take you to national parks and beaches (e.g. Anse Lazio) and explore the entire island:-). Thank you!

Great place! We enjoyed it so much. Host was super and helped us a lot, organised bikes for us and there was a water dispenser in the house. Whole house was quiet and nice , top restaurants near the house. We loved it.

Beautiful accommodation very well located two minutes from the airport, near a restaurant, of good quality and a shop that allows you to troubleshoot, close to a very beautiful beach. Perfect for exploring this part of Lille or to take a very very early morning plane, the next day

Dear Elje, Thank you for the restful and peaceful stay in your very clean, well-kept and quiet house. The beds were the first sleeping accommodations in years where we were able to sleep very well without complaints. We also thank you for the great and very fairly priced breakfast and highly recommend everyone to order it. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner 2x, but for budget reasons on the other days we did self-catering or ate takeout. The kitchen is well equipped, a filter coffee machine is not available (no big deal as the savvy traveler always has soluble coffee with them). Rooms very large, bathroom very original and huge, the air conditioning efficient and quiet as well as hardly any noise penetrates from the outside at night. You have to get used to the dog. If he bothers you, just tell him and he'll retreat. He barked twice briefly, why others criticize this I have no idea. Clear recommendation

Cindy is THE BEST!! Her (and her parents) are super helpful in every way - local (and island) recommendations, answering every question I had, and they were very kind and hospitable. Cindy’s dad’s cooking is also fabulousss - if you decide to have him cook you dinner one night! Cindy’s garden is also peaceful and lush! The location is perfect, as it’s also walkable distance to Côte d’Or. Would definitely stay with Cindy again 🤍🌸

It was a great stay! Perfect villa for our family of four and nice breakfast next door at the Sea view restaurant! It’s recommended to have a car as it is a few kilometers from the restaurants and the good beaches..

Very cozy apartment. Christelle is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and apartment are very well equipped, you have everything you need. The apartment is known as "Le Filao" to taxi drivers and is easy to find. The address on AirBnb was not up to date when we arrived. But it wasn't a problem.

Every 10-20 Airbnb stays, I find one that exemplifies everything you can ask for and more. The hosts are lovely, the house beautiful, and the view immaculate. We had dinner one night for 500 each, and it was by far the best value meal and best food we had on Seychelles. On the last night at 9PM, we realized we left a watch on the beach. Georgie organized a cab, came with us (disregarding the huge soccer match he was watching), and we ended up finding the watch thanks to one of their friends finding it earlier in the day. Been doing Airbnb for 10 years, 100+ stays, these hosts rank in my top 3! Thanks for making the trip so special, I appreciate you all so much. It would be a mistake to chose any other place if this Airbnb is available!

Excellent stay with friends at Villa Peax. Peggy and her husband are adorable and know how to answer any questions from their hosts, before and during their stay. Villa as described, very responsive and particularly attentive host. We highly recommend this place for group or family passing through Praslin

The place is beautiful, the rooms are large, tastefully decorated and very clean. A rental car is recommended if you want to explore the island. The 2 most beautiful beaches for us can also be reached on foot, Anse Lazio (20 min) and Anse Georgette (hike, about 1 hour)... that made the location perfect for us. The optional, rich dinner on the terrace with sea view is recommended (price we didn't find expensive compared to other restaurants/bars). We would definitely visit again!

Lovely place in a good central location. The map that Air Bnb had was not where this is located—it is better, near a mini mart and near the anse source d’argent and lots of takeaways. They organized bike rentals for us and were super helpful via chat app to assist with bikes, taxis etc

We loved our stay from Humburta because of its proximity to amenities like restaurants, pharmacies, and proximity to the national park. Check in was available earlier than the above, which was important to us because we were coming from the ferry. Humburte is very friendly and accommodating, and will be happy to provide advice and recommendations on the island.

Nunzio was the perfect host! He helped us with everything and made sure every day that we were happy. He gave us good information about how to get around and what to do. We are very happy that we found this guest house!

The location in Grand Anse was great! You could hear the waves crashing from your bed. It’s maybe a 30 second walk out of the apartment to the beach. The pool was also a nice treat and perfect to relax out of the sun when you need a break. I would recommend renting a car for other guests. Taxis are quite expensive for just a short ride and the bus, although it ran regularly, proved to be inconsistent and quite late at times. This certainly wasn’t why you travel all the way to Praslin but the tv shows and movies that were playing turned out to be very good. It was a nice way to end the evenings after many excursions. If you need to work while on vacation, it should be noted that the WiFi in most places on Praslin can be challenging and inconsistent. Basil and Samiah were very accommodating and made the place feel comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at their place.
