We had a pleasant weekend at Clem's cottage. The accommodation was perfectly as described and suitable for children. My kids were able to enjoy the outdoors safely. We also really enjoyed the accommodation, which was well equipped. Clem was very responsive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you!

Perfect! The property is located in the heart of the historic center (with parking lots nearby). All shops nearby (bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.), including a small grocery store right next door, open late at night and the market at the foot of the building on Sunday mornings (no noise disturbance due to the installation of the merchants or during the market, it's great!). The accommodation is really very quiet. Sandra and Mickael, are very responsive and they had offered to prepare the sofa in a bed, great! Regarding the accommodation itself, frankly nothing to say, you feel "welcomed" in a small cocoon. Everything is well thought out, functional, perfectly clean and with the decorative touch of the hosts. For me nothing is missing, we feel that things have been done with attention to detail so that we have a good stay. Just for large sizes, note that the shower is not large. I would recommend it blindly and would return without hesitation during a visit to the area.

I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

Very happy stay in Giffaumont-Champaubert! The apartment is friendly, well equipped and located in a quiet environment, perfect for resting after a day by Lake Der. We, two couples each with a 15-month-old baby, stayed at this place and were delighted with our stay. Serge is a serious host, always available, who doesn't know what to do to make guests feel comfortable. His kindness, flexibility, and attention to us touched us a lot. Her place was perfect especially in our case, with two small children (high chairs, booster seats, umbrella beds with extra mattresses, toys, books, swings, tricycle, etc., safety gate, large enclosed and shaded grounds). Note that one of the bedrooms is in the basement, which allowed us to isolate our children for naps and nights. For adults, all the necessities as well. Everything is there, like at home! Special mention for impeccable cleanliness. Around all the essential shops, which is very convenient and reassuring. Beautiful sites to visit nearby including Parc de l 'Auxois.

We had a great time at Sylvie's, everything is perfect and as described, quiet location and close to the lake (ideal for our fishermen) and close (5mn walk ) to the small village playground (for the little ones) Horses and pony in front of the little house ( which is ultimately not so small) Everything is clean, enough dishes, and the best beds made on arrival Sylvie bravo you are a very considerate host thank you also for the arrival times you gave us
