It's not a relatively recent officetel, but it's well maintained and very, very kind! It's not something the host can do, but the other tenants on the same line burned cigarettes so much that the bathroom smelled a lot of cigarettes.

It was my second visit! I was so impressed by my first visit, so I had higher expectations for my second visit, but it was a satisfying trip. Thoughtful and kind host, clean room, cozy and emotional mood! Everything was good. :) ♡ I feel this every time, but it's an accommodation that makes you feel like you're being treated like a guest, and it's a very special and happy trip! I was always touched by the host's sensibility and consideration ◡̈⃝

When I stayed with a friend, it wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms, but it was really nice to have privacy in each room,, I just want to go!! I think I'll visit again next time

The location was good and the convenience store was right next to it, so it was nice. It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. However, the way to dispose of food waste and household waste was a bit inconvenient.

It is located in the middle of the food alley, so it is very good for walking. The bedding and bathroom supplies are not new, but it was nice that it was neatly organized.

It's right in front of the terminal, and it's good because it's close to all the grocery stores and food underneath. The response was quick, and I came twice before, so it was my 3rd visit. He was kind, the bed was spacious, the scent was good, and it was neat because it was an officetel.

I went there with my family and my in-laws for a relative's first-year birthday party! I have three infants and toddlers, and we had a very comfortable stay~^_^ First, I'd say let's not go home and go here again! I'll stay again next time I come to Pyeongtaek.❤️

Great apartment, quiet, cozy and clean with absolutely everything you need. Joy is very friendly and responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. There's a mini-market next to the building. Close to the bus stop. I really enjoyed my two weeks.

It was a snowy day, but since it was on the 16th floor, the view of the train passing by was very good. There was everything that would be there, it was clean, and there was a large window, so I really saw a lot of snow. I think it will be better if it rains in the summer. I rested comfortably before heading out.

Larry's Shed was located in a great location with many restaurants. The neighborhood also has many buslines allowing my family to visit many parts of Cheongju. Larry was a very responsive host. I would stay here again.

Great location makes it convenient for cafes, food, and riding the train. Couldn’t be easier for catching the subway! And it was super clean and cute!

We needed a last minute accommodation after our first one fell through. The host was very responsive and helped us tremendously. I wish we had found this first and stayed the entire week. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. We are a family of 3 and we were very comfortable.

I had a good rest. Even if you raise the heating temperature, the temperature doesn't rise well. The interior is tidy.

I came for a business trip, and I had to come in late and leave early to sleep, but every time I was happy that the cats greeted me. When I had to leave the room at the end, I had to leave the room, but how smart they were. I had to go to work, so I left the door open and left. 😢 The host cared about every single detail in the room and bathroom. I really had a good rest. Thank you.

It was so good. The location was also so perfect ~ There was also a grocery store nearby, so it was convenient. The interior of the accommodation was clean and tidy, and it was so nice that the bed was big. It was better because it snowed well yesterday:)
