Completely in love with the place!! The place in personal looks just exactly like the pictures, newly renovated with modern, chic design and comfortable furniture, and having lots of plants around the house is a huge plus. The host was super friendly and responsive, always being helpful whenever it makes senses and despite the place being far away from the city centre, he sometimes offers to drive me to the centre which is something i’m extremely greatful for. Would love to recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Hanoi.

Van Anh was very responsive in answering any inquiries from the very beginning: about the place, how to get there, late check in supports as well as getting around. The place is very central and i can take my elderly mum to walk around. This place is about 30’ from Hanoi and 45’-1h if it is rush hours. People are generally friendlier around here.

The apartment is nice and clean. Masteri building is better place comparing to other buildings. The host is caring and supportive.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

This place was amazing! And the hosts are very proactive, sending recommendations and asking if we needed anything else constantly. Place had a washer and detergent which was very lovely and we felt very comfortable here.

Absolutely perfect! We traveled with a family of 11 people and everyone enjoyed the space. Great amenities, spacious, and super clean! Looking to book again in the future! 5-STARS!!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Tea’s place was a great experience for my group, the location allowed us to explore hanoi old quarter area easily because it is close to each other, cleanliness and everything was spot on, Tea’s and her team are also amazing as a host, from helping us thoroughly with the check in and suggestions for places to visit, services were great too because we can easily ask for an airport taxi dropoff conveniently through them. Overall, it was a great experience and i will surely recommend this to my friends or family planning for a trip to Hanoi

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!

Seriously if you want a nice quiet condo in a park setting with a high walkability score this is it! Our host Phuong was incredible, available to help with suggestions, fantastic responsiveness and quick too. She arranged for us to use the Onsen Japanese pools (14 hot, cold tubs, dry & wet saunas) for a significant savings. We have travelled a lot and used a lot of Airbnbs and Phuong was at the top for hosts! The unit was immaculate, well supplied and represented as is on the photos. Swan Lake is a beautiful area with plenty of exercise areas, great for walks in the park. The area has a ton of restaurants and loads of young families enjoying their time. We would highly recommend Phuong and her condo!!!!!

Ánh was an incredible host, she was very helpful and always responsive. She was constantly checking in on us and providing recommendations. Her place was lovely and in the perfect area with multiple ways to travel to the city centre. We would 100% come again.
