Vacation rentals with a patio in Bab El Bhar

I stayed over a month and Amira was always very attentive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. The internet was fast for working and streaming. The main road is only 5 minutes walk away and it has many restaurants. The TGM (train) goes into Tunis, but during my stay it was closed to go in the other direction. Fortunately it's easy to find a taxi on the main road and it's very cheap. The beach is only one block from the main road and the water was not too cold to swim well into November.

Raouf and Monia were such gracious hosts! Very kind and responsive. Raouf helped me get to the apartment from the airport by speaking with my taxi driver to make sure I was dropped off at the right place, and Monia was there to help me carry my luggage into the apartment and show me around. Raouf proactively told me about the apps to use for rides and food delivery, and was super responsive to all of my questions. They were even kind enough to extend the check out time so that I wouldn't have to leave before the check in time of my next location. I was recommended this location by someone else who had stayed there previously, and I am happy to be another recommendation for them. Absolutely wonderful hosts!

Logement super propre et bien entretenu. Les points bonus sont la salle de sport, la piscine, la machine à laver, la baignoire, le grand lit qui est bien confortable et le fait qu'il y avait quelques produits d'hygiene déjà sur place. Quartier et résidence sécurisée avec des agents de surveillance à l'entrée. On a vraiment apprécié la réactivité de l'hôte et les explications en vidéo qui étaient très claires. On recommande !

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und doch zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin Aida! super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung – ich komme gerne wieder!

La maison est vraiment très belle en particulier les espaces communs qui sont juste magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. Le rapport qualité-prix pour la suite que nous avions est assez imbattable, petit bémol pour le quartier qui est la Soukra et non pas la Marsa : si vous souhaitez sortir le soir il faut prendre le taxi et ne pas s'aventurer dans les environs après une certaine heure. Cela dit si vous vous déplacez en voiture, c'est assez centrale entre la partie centre de Tunis et le plage.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette vaste maison au pied de la plage , une atmosphère de vacances et de tranquillité vous y attend . Très jolie décoration, grandes chambres , climatisation, wifi/fibre et TV parfaitement fonctionnels et beaucoup d’équipements pour un confort complet ! Jolis petits jardins qui entourent la maison m, habités par deux petites tortues . Deux terrasses très agréables avec vue mer exceptionnelle notamment le roof top pour des moments chill et apéro au sunset. Et que dire de l’accueil d’Ayed et de Ramla , tous deux vraiment sympathiques, réactifs, accommodants et de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour, et plein de petites attentions pour vous accueillir au mieux . Aucune hésitation : hospitalité et détente assurées ! Un grand merci à vous deux !

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Belle maison très bien située. Décorée avec goût et plus belle encore que sur les photos. Ramla a été disponible et d'une grande gentillesse. Communication très facile et a fait preuve d'attentions lors du séjour. Merci encore et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and calm. It’s close to gyms, restaurants, a museum, and many other places, which made it a great location. The host was kind and helpful—she sometimes checked in on us, and whenever we needed something, we could contact her and she was always ready to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The apartment is definitely worth the price, Highly recommended!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Sono stato una settimana in questo splendido appartamento e devo dire che è stata veramente un bellissimo soggiorno . L'appartamento corrisponde come in foto se non addirittura meglio di presenza. il locale e molto grande con ampissimo salone con inclusa una area da pranzo per poi proseguire con due ampie camere da letto e due bagni uno piu bello dell'altro , per non parlare della cucina che ho trovato super pulita e con una comodissima macchina del caffe e tutto il necessario per cucinare in comodità, e infine il balcone con non solo un ottima vista ma anche un lavatrice e un asciugatrice utile per lavaggi veloci . Poi l'host e stato sempre super disponibile e cordiale e mi ha aiutato in qualsiasi mia necessità è quindi non posso fare nient altro che consigliarvi vivamente di alloggiare in questo splendido appartamento.

C’est déjà la troisième fois que je séjourne ici, et chaque fois, je me sens accueillie avec autant de chaleur. Le logement est toujours aussi impeccable, confortable, et l’on s’y sent comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Seiffedine et à ses parents pour leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité. I am someone who knows Tunisia in and out, and getting a reliable place with an honest host is not easy. It has been an amazing journey and Aymen has been a fantastic host, very accommodating, super responsive and just a perfect host - easy going, honest, and helpful. What else would you need ? Monsieur Haouas m’a envoyé un chauffeur à l’aéroport pour me récupérer comme convenu à l’aéroport. la personne en charge de me récupérer m’a installée, fait visiter l’appartement m’a donné les informations nécessaires. Il m’a indiqué les lieux où je pouvais dîner faire mes courses . l’appartement possède un balcon avec une vue superbe. Je recommande fortement.
