The house is very nice, comfortable and well located. I would only recommend improving the internet because the televisions in the house don't work well, due to the bad signal. As for everything else, the help and communication with the host is wonderful.

The truth is, I always go to Cuenca because my wife's family and she are from there, the apartment was amazing, the area is perfect! You have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are a 5 or 7 minute walk away, Christian was amazing! The privacy and tranquility was perfect! You can get there from anywhere, but it's right next door!

The house is very well maintained and is very cozy, the hosts are incredible in response, friendly and cordial. I loved it! There are several parks nearby, and Cuenca is beautiful. You can take spectacular photos of the city from 3 blocks away.

The House is big and beautiful, The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. During winter the challenge is that there is no heating but still the house is not that cold and there is a beautiful Fire place. The area is super calm and safe, the house is very clean and comfortable with a super big TV screen for movies. Furniture is new and clean.

It was enchanted and I highly recommend! The place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. I am very grateful to Verónica and her family for all their help in the stay and with the activities we could do and with the welcome detail. I definitely recommend it, it's very close to downtown. I went with my family and we were all fascinated by the wonderful attention and location of the place. I'd come back another time.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant time. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk to the historic center. The house is spacious with a barbecue equipped garden, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The host is very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who are visiting Cuenca!

Jane's place was my first step towards a great experience in Cuenca.I was first infected by Jane's warm and friendly attitude as I was in Cuenca by bus from Bagnos, the bus arrived more than 2 hours later than expected and the poor mobile signal on the road failed to contact Jane in time.But she waited until I arrived which was touching and apologetic.I entered the apartment, and I was attracted by the clean and tidy and welcoming layout inside. Jane also prepared a large bucket of mineral water for me. The kitchen facilities and basics are fully equipped, you can do something to eat right away. It feels like coming home, and it is very comfortable and touched.The property is quiet at night and there is a slight sound of cars passing during the day but does not affect the rest.Jane provided a spacious and comfortable bed, the hot water in the bathroom was plentiful, and coming back for a day traveling outside, this home is a healing heart and removing the warmth of the body Lawton.There is also one thing to mention, the home's network is fast and works well for zoom work, and my online work was not affected at all.Particularly to be thankful, it was Jane's kindness and kind heart, my original scheduled check-in time needed to be adjusted due to unexpected things at home, and the reservation at the back was to be cancelled.Jane was always considerate and helped the platform to help us with cancelling our reservations and refunds for the back.If I go to Cuenca again, I hope to stay at Jane's place, it's a wonderful and comfortable visitor's home, and I sincerely recommend Jane's place to my friends, I hope they have the same great experience and touches when they come to Cuenca.Cuenca is beautiful because of Jane's family such a Cuenca.

Everything was very nice and splendid, the same with the staff that one was in step, the impeccable accommodation without any problems, and well ordered more than anything, and the best in the center, to visit each place near Parque Calderón, there were never loud noises or anything of the style that will bother, everything in peace, and Pedrito's attention 10/10

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at with the kindest host! Juan was helpful, responsive, and very kind to us and always was there when we needed him. The place itself is quiet, clean, orderly and has everything you need long term. I really enjoyed the stay and Juan was an excellent host! The kitchen was also well equipped.

Valeria was a great host. She was very responsive to communication and resolved any problem quickly. I enjoyed the nature surrounding the building and it was nice that my dog had a small yard to play in. The exposed brick walls and bamboo ceilings were very relaxing.

I thought the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy, very safe, with guards and parking and close to everything. Lia is a very friendly person and was attentive to make sure we were comfortable and that we didn't need anything, and she also gave us some tips to go sightseeing.
