The apartment is very comfortable, with a good distribution of spaces and has all the inputs for a short or long stay. It is located in a very quiet area facing the river, about 15 minutes from the historic center by car. We had a very pleasant experience, good treatment and attention. We recommend this space for large groups.

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

Very good location and absolute privacy

Had an oppty to stay at Eliana’s place for a week while in Cuenca and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Her unit was as described in pictures! Had all the necessary amenities and the building security was friendly and helpful. The building boast a lovely courtyard with a fountain which provided a calming and cleansing sound throughout the day. 1-2 min walk to both the Tarqui and Yanuncay rivers and a 5 min walk to the Botanical Garden. 7 min walk to the best Bocatti in cuenca, which not only has fresh baked goods, but also fresh meat and groceries for a super close one-stop shop. Location of her unit is also just a 15 min walk to the largest mall in Cuenca.

Excellent establishment, everything was clean and nice

The house is beautiful very spacious, it is excellent for large groups, I only have one recommendation is that there must be more beds. But from there, the welcome was spectacular.

The truth is, I always go to Cuenca because my wife's family and she are from there, the apartment was amazing, the area is perfect! You have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are a 5 or 7 minute walk away, Christian was amazing! The privacy and tranquility was perfect! You can get there from anywhere, but it's right next door!

I enjoyed staying at their place and would recommend to anyone wanting a safe place to stay with friendly host. The host son in particular is extremely helpful and nice. It is 100% worth the price to stay here. The hot water was quite literally almost too hot with good water pressure as well. It can get chilly at night and they have so many clean blankets on the bed I never even needed a heater. I would recommend staying here.
