Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aytré

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joël's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was adapted and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzles. But above all the garden was beautiful and did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings… The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and the parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/departure gift! Again, a huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We will remember the property and recommend it 200%!

A very warm welcome and a house that is perfectly responsible for the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All amenities are easily accessible on foot. We had a great time in Avignon!

We had a lovely stay at Sébastien and Maryse's house! We were greeted with a smile :) The house is clean and very well-equipped. We were with our 16-month-old baby and the hosts provided us with everything we needed (high chair, baby bed, small bathtub, slide). The enclosed garden at the back of the house is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach (within walking distance). We recommend it! Thank you for the culinary specialties offered upon arrival :)

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is ideally located and allows easy access to the island. There were 8 of us (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space since there are 2 separate sleeping spaces and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is on one level which was appreciated by the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secure. Finally, upstream, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for independent access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

We had a great time at Jérôme's house. It was completely as described and we quickly felt at home. The location, in a cul-de-sac, is very quiet and promotes rest. The beach is very close as well as the city center. We recommend! Jérôme is very friendly and attentive!

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

We had a lovely night at Xavier's place. The accommodation is furnished and decorated with great taste. The instructions are very clear. We recommend!

Ideally located and quiet accommodation. Absolutely nothing to say about the place. Responsive host. I told Micheline but for us the big downside is the cigarette smell that was in the stairs/hallway of the building. Odor from neighbors. Otherwise we'll be happy to come back to their place

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of business and she won't be on your back. Plus, she loves animals, which makes her a good person

This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

Ideally located in the middle of the city, everything is easily reachable by foot. The big plus: the place is perfect for families with a baby. An umbrella bed and child seat are available, which really made our stay easier. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and as advertised. We highly recommend this place to families, and if we return to the area, we will not hesitate to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay in La Rochelle. From the 4th floor we had great views of the sea and nice breezes. The beach was right there after you walked out the back entrance. There were several restaurants and bars along the beach. We will stay there again when we have more time to visit.

We had a fantastic stay on Île de Ré and really enjoyed this very charming accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Very clean and good location, we highly recommend it.

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Top neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is great! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus as a family. There is even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. I recommend it!

Functional accommodation, very well located, a short walk to the beach, and very close to all shops and the covered market of Chatelaillon where you will find all the local specialties! Parking is a real plus, everything is on foot! Go there without so much as a second thought!
