Beautiful retreat 3km away from Villa Cerro Castillo, at the foot of the National Park. Steps to climbing trails, trekking trails, and biking trails. The house is located in front of a lagoon that is formed with an arm of Rio Ibañez, a preferred habitat of migratory birds (Swans, flamingos, crayfish, seven colors, royal duck, among others) It has a room on the first floor, and a large space on the second floor. The bathroom is divided into 2 spaces, one for the shower and another for the toilet.
