My family and I had an exceptional stay at this renovated, modern and spacious residence. The on-site team was very professional and made our experience even more enjoyable. I spent 11 days at Steeve's perfect value for money, the photos are related to reality and a big thank you to Steeve's mom for her attention she made me a good big braised fish 😊it was super good and Wilfried gave me a bottle of natural juice. Thanks to the whole team, I'll be back next year for sure.

Accessibility: Close to the central Fougerolles road, very easy to access. Comfort: Free and efficient WiFi, water and electricity available 24 hours a day (generator in case of outage), operational air conditioning. Hygiene: Impeccable cleanliness, large well-maintained bathroom. Support: Dieudonné, the concierge, is welcoming and available 24 hours a day. Nérice, the owner, remains reachable and responsive. In conclusion, a perfect stay in optimal conditions of safety, comfort and cleanliness. A place that I would highly recommend and where I would return without hesitation.

Wilfried and his on-site representative responded to all our needs, meeting us every time. Thank you very much for your availability. The Mimosa, along with other apartments, is part of a newly built building a few floors high. Both the interior and the outdoor space, available to guests, are pleasant and well-kept; there is a concierge service that also guarantees access control and security. There are green areas. The setting is quiet and peaceful. Crossing a dirt road, you reach the main road with vehicular traffic in a few minutes.

I really loved the place. Clean and tidy environment and the pool is awesome. It was really a pleasure.

Emmanuel's house was fantastic! The space was large and comfortable. Emmanuel was extremely responsive and attentive to every detail. His kindness was exceptional. The venue was easily accessible, and the caretaker was always available when needed. Amenities included: - Fast internet - Fully equipped kitchen - Comfortable living space (just as pictured) - Immaculately clean I initially booked for one month but extended my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
