Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Andrea was a very likeable and uncomplicated hostess. With the U-Bahn, which can be reached in a few minutes, you can easily and quickly reach Marienplatz and can wonderfully explore Munich.

Markus’ stunningly modern and spacious apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that was perfect for our nine-day stay in Munich.  From my first contact with Markus nine months ago to the day I left, he was an ideal host. He responded fast with any requests and even delivered patio furniture two days into our stay. The Apartment: The apartment is very big and sunny. It is extraordinarily immaculate and ideally laid out. The furniture was chic and modern and extremely comfortable. Although the bedroom and living room were one continuous space, nonetheless, there was a judicious separation of the two. The kitchen was well fitted out for simple dining.  As we were there in the summer, we used the patio a lot, which was a plus.  The bathroom is large with outstanding water pressure in a superb shower.   The TV screen was large and the Internet was fast and reliable.  The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area populated mostly with young families with children.  There were plenty of food shops in the area – we tended to use Tengelmann Supermarket on Stuntzstrasse for most foods. And what a pleasure it was to walk three minutes to Bäckerei Schmidt on Stuntzstrasse  each morning (closed on Sunday) for fresh rolls for breakfast.  We particularly liked the Saltzstahns—rolls with caraway seeds and salt.  The U-bahn stop, Bohmerwaldplatz, is only a seven-minute walk. Many of the apartments in the complex were rented to college students who loved to talk and play music in the evening. Though it could have been noisy, it was not for us. In fact, the extensive common lawn at the back had many songbirds. Kudos to Markus for allowing this great place to be part of the Airbnb.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Kerstin and her husband are very loving hosts. I felt right at home. It really is all there, and furnished with warmth. The colorful design and the varied furnishings impressed me very much. @ Kerstin👍💪😊, you did a really good job. You can sleep absolutely quietly and in the dark. Parking, right outside the door. And those who can read have a clear advantage, not accessible by public transport. Body training is also provided, fitness mat, fascia roller, etc., as described, so you can get started right away. And there is another highlight in the kitchen, a pinball machine > without a coin slot. >>Warning: addictive<< 😂😂😂 I wish Kerstin always sweet, uncomplicated and nice guests. Incredibly inviting and well mannered. Wolfger was always happy to help when I needed help in some way with acclimating to living in Munich. Always invited me to eat with him. A kind soul that made my first month in Munich and incredibly warm welcome.

We (family with 2 children) felt very comfortable with Andy! The apartment is very clean and very large. Tram 21 goes right outside the front door to the city center - this is of course very convenient :-) If you walk a little (about 10 minutes), you can take the U-Bahn (Josephsburg) or in the other direction the S-Bahn (Berg am Laim). Right around the corner near the apartment are two bakers. Check in and out were very flexible and hassle-free - thanks to the great description we found the apartment easily. Andy is totally helpful and very, very nice - we didn't miss anything! Many thanks for this!

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Very clean, lots of privacy, great breakfast, lots of flexibility. Well connected by S3 to Munich (30 min to Munich main train station), enough parking on the street. Great!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

I had a wonderful time at Daniela's apartment. Daniela is always available and ready to help. The place is suitable for remote work. The only thing is that the TV was on loud all day, but it is not critical. I could also use the kitchen calmly and even baked cookies in the oven for a friend, taking all the necessary utensils from Daniela. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

We had a lovely weekend with 10 people - I can recommend the property at any time. Very beautifully restored farmhouse with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances and nothing else was missing. The contact with Sabeeka was great and nice. Great house 👌🏻
