As a returning guest, I wholeheartedly recommend Andre's place. The house is sparkly clean and has everything you need. The location is quite and private with the added bonus of the safe parking. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Jean Paul is very welcoming, he explained the specifics of the place, the area... very open to dialogue, his house is well-equipped, very clean and the area is peaceful by the canal I would highly recommend And Nigloland 10 min away, perfect for kids and family

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was full of comforts and we greatly enjoyed the pool and the jaquzzi. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and neatly maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. Hopefully we'll be back sometime.

Typical house located in a charming village in the Champagne countryside. Quiet space. Super Clean Secure parking with motorized gate. Very well equipped. Including for our four-legged friends. The terrace enjoys generous sunshine. We enjoyed the nice touches (madeleines and water bottle) We will definitely go back during our next stay in the area.

You wake up with the birds singing, surrounded by nature, it's a real joy. Our hosts were very kind, very available and welcoming, while remaining discreet: we immediately felt at home. It's also a great place for families: several activities in the area allow you to fully enjoy the area, whether it's walks, visits or quieter moments at home, outdoors. I highly recommend this accommodation, and I can't wait to come back to enjoy this peaceful and sweet break!

Studio very well located close to the city center! functional, everything you need for a short stay. Céline was very kind and full of small touches (coffee and speculoos on arrival) only "small black dot" the sofa bed that is not necessarily very pleasant! but at the price of the night we can't be difficult! thank you again:)

François' accommodation is quiet, the bedding is quality and well-equipped. It is very well located, we did everything on foot. We easily found free spots on the adjacent streets. The only small downside was the shower water which was not very hot but François should fix the problem quickly. I recommend it!

The property is pefectly located within easy walking distance of most sights and restaurants in Troyes old town. The beds are comfortable and the apparment is clean. A word of warning however, there is a nightclub near the appartment so there is some late night noise from the street. I would imagine that this would mostly be on weekends. Although it didn’t bother us much some may find the noise annoying. All in all we loved the appartment and Nicolas is a very helpful and hospitable host.

Cozy, clean, quiet and well-equipped apartment located within walking distance of the city center and the Champagne theater. Once you pass the stairs, which are a little daunting if you have a big suitcase, you enter a relaxing and very well decorated place where you feel good. Very nice place, well equipped, well secured and easy to access. Beautiful walk to do near the accommodation in a very beautiful setting, convenience within walking distance as well as the city center of Troyes. If we have to come back to see our family, we will surely take over this place☺️
