We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. I stayed with my family, and we had very pleasant days. Spacious, bright, airy, extremely comfortable, cozy and clean house. Kitchen equipped with quality appliances and utensils. Very good barbecue. Communication with Lutz was extremely good, as was communication with Simone (homemade). In fact, Simone helped us with breakfast and lunch. Everything was great. Simone is very helpful, polite, friendly and attentive. I recommend it!

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well-decorated, quality furniture and everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The whole house is immersed in nature. We were able to contemplate nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a colder part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and we didn't want to leave. Blankets, linens, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we'd come back next time. A solitary host and always quickly available to assist us.

Our accommodation was excellent! The site serves up to 5 people well, all of our staff liked it and were well allocated. The location is excellent, Santa cecília is the best neighborhood in downtown SP, and its surroundings look very safe too. Diverse options for restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies near the site. The place is large and has an outdoor space (such as a backyard) that also offers to welcome other people. The only improvement feedback would be about the internet that didn't work so well. Overall it was excellent, the stay was well worth it!

It met all my expectations... very well-structured apartment with all the household utensils... clean and organized and a perfect location close to everything without having to take the car out of the garage... the owner is very attentive and helpful.

We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

Excellent, the house is wonderful, in the middle of the Japi mountain range, for those who seek to connect with nature and live with family. Arrival is very easy, the end of the route has a dirt road of approximately 2km, in dry weather it was easy to get there.

Wonderful house! We only had a problem with the pool heating due to the weather! But otherwise all impeccable. I'll definitely be back with my family!
