Vacation rentals in Atalaia de Cima

After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

the apartment is super cozy, super clean my wife has an general issue with that bathrooms and she was happy with the ones in this apartments, the location has lots of good restaurants in a walking distance and is near the City center if you like to walk, we just used the bus when we arrive and when we left

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

A casa corresponde exatamente às fotos. A piscina estava realmente aquecida, o que é sempre uma surpresa positiva (muitas vezes o anúncio promete piscina aquecida mas depois não se concretiza). A casa estava muito bem preparada para receber oito hóspedes, a nível de zonas de convívio, louça e toalhas. Mas seria útil ter uma casa de banho com chuveiro extra. A comunicação com o host foi muito fácil. Pudemos ter um late check out a um preço bastance acessível. A zona de São Martinho do Porto é lindíssima, e muito perto da casa tínhamos vistas fantásticas para a baía.

Cool place with an amazing ocean view! Perfect spot for surfers, with a surf shop right on the first floor offering board and wetsuit rentals. There's also a great restaurant downstairs, making it super convenient to grab a bite after a session in the waves. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the beach with everything you need just steps away!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful and comfortable with great attention to details. It was a very relaxing place to be. We loved spending time here. The coast is stunning and just down the road. We were there for the one day blackout in Spain and Portugal and we were well looked after by the family on the property with candles and flashlight. The bbq came into its own that night.
