Sachin was incredibly responsive and fulfilled our requests instantly. The cottage was amazing—exactly as described on Airbnb. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality! It truly felt like home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

We had an amazing stay at Greg’s cottage. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect mix between cozy cottage and fancy amenities! We loved the sauna and the hot tub, they were amazing additions to Greg’s. The beds were super comfortable as well which is always a plus at a cottage. This place was beautiful and right on the water. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. We had enough kayaks to have fun in the water. The location was very private and peaceful.

This was our third year staying at Paul’s beautiful spot on the river. As a group of seven seniors this spot is extremely suitable for our needs to be on one level. Great cottage on a quiet lake. No more than twenty minutes from just about anything in Prince Edward County meaning you can easily sleep in before starting your day and still get a full day's worth of activities in before retiring to the comfortable cottage for the night. This cottage has every amenity you can think of and it's very easy to feel at home. No complaints and would rent again in the future!

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

Chorong was a great host! Leading up to our stay she was extremely responsive as I had a lot of questions! The house itself was stunning. Clearly it is taken care of and maintained very well. All of the beds were so comfortable. Outdoor area was a lovely space. Would definitely like to come back in the winter as I am sure the scenery is beautiful.

Incredible property, secluded and private. Stunning views of the lake and the sun sets are incredible from the dock. Kayaks included were awesome fun and the local area had everything you needed (+friendly people!) Cassidy was quick to respond to questions and clear with instructions prior to our arrival. Great, clean little cottage. Very easy to get to and I just the right size for a small family to stay. Neighbourhood is very friendly. We loved walking our dog around and saying hello. We will be staying again in the future.

It was great to be back again. The place was wonderful again and we truly appreciate all that Tim & Cindy do to keep the place up and looking nice. We also noticed that there was a new wood stove which was a lot nicer for keeping the place warm at night as we had a couple of chilly nights, so thank you for that upgrade. we really enjoy the place and the location in proximity to the lake. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this private, quiet waterfront cottage! Our group of seven adults were more than comfortable thanks to the spacious layout, with plenty of room to relax both indoors and out. The living spaces were open and inviting, perfect for group meals, or simply unwinding with a view of the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, which made our stay feel so easy and homey. We especially loved the outdoor decks and the BBQ setup — grilling with a waterfront view was a highlight of our trip. The covered porch was another favorite spot, offering a peaceful place out of the elements. Check-in was seamless with clear, easy-to-follow directions, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect in a beautiful, serene setting. We’d absolutely love to come back!

We had a perfectly relaxing extended weekend. Spacious, clean and practically everything we needed including a fully supplied kitchen, books to read, games and puzzles to play, and loads of firewood to make the space warm and cozy. Lots of places to sit and relax inside and outside. We enjoyed the view of the lake either on the decks or inside through the large windows. Heidi was very responsive to messages and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. We look forward to coming back in the fall or winter months.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome thanks to Casey and Moose who went out of their way to create a warm, inviting vibe. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was peaceful and private, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The little touches, like cozy blankets, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities such as multiple streaming options and games, really made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Nice , clean , bright space to socialize in. The hottub and sauna were a great addition. Jim was super responsive to any questions.

Our family (6 adults) enjoyed the weekend cottage stay immensely. The kitchen is large and well equipped and we cooked the majority of meals. The beds are comfortable, the two washrooms are a generous size - it is good to note these are located on the main floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. The cottage has a great view of the changing leaves perfect for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend getaway.

The host was very responsive and answers all our questions well. The self-checkin instruction was very clear. We also had an early check-in at 12 PM, which was very convenient for our trip. The place has a great view and very stylish furnitures. We enjoyed the dock and sitting near the campfire.

Bright, spacious cottage with every comfort you need. The location was great, not too far from hikes and attractions but located on a very quiet street. Loved the wood stove and used every day. The host proactively arranged plow services as there was lots of snow the weekend we stayed, which was a really nice gesture. Would definitely return!

This was our second time at Blue Heron and it lives up to the expectations again! It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed every second of it. There are many activities to do in the property alone, the surrounding is peaceful with amazing view. Can’t wait to come back again.

I have stayed at over 130 AirBnBs, likely 40 of them cottages, and this may be my favourite. The effort and care put into making this property the ultimate lake experience is overwhelming. We didn't even have the chance to sit at every beautiful spot - there just weren't enough days! The beach - the dock - the lake fire pit - the hill fire pit - the deck fireplace - the gazebo with the full table and chairs - the perfect dining table overlooking the whole lake... And that's just outside. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the soaker tub sublime, and the main living room as cozy a spot as we've ever been. Our original AirBnB was not as advertised, and Tomek made his place available at 6 pm on a Friday night for the weekend. He didn't just save our weekend -- he made it better. I can't say enough good things. Book this spot. If you're looking for a cottage weekend relaxing outside, it might be the best I've ever seen. Thank you Tomek.

Had a great girls weekend away. Very clean and the host was very helpful when we had a question. Hot tub was clean and we had a nice outdoor fire.

"Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway", this is perfectly described by Ken. In fact he has put all true description on the listing. Ken and Wendy were very quick to respond our messages and calls. Even Ken came down when we called him at 11 night. The place is perfect especially for the family with kids as there are so many fun activities. It was very different experience staying at cottage so far and we loved it. The place deserves 5 stars, plus I will give additional stars to Ken & Wendy for their welcoming nature.

This is a beautiful cottage with stunning views, a nice big deck and garden overlooking the lake and everything you need for a relaxing cottage stay.
