What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We had a great time with the family in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped house. Everything was clean and consistent with the announcement. A big thank you to Jessica for her kindness and responsiveness, as well as for the crib provided, it was really appreciated! We felt very comfortable as soon as we arrived. We spent a week in the beautiful house. It is absolutely quiet in a beautiful residential area. and you can do something in all directions. not only culturally but there are also great forests. The highlight was that you can watch the starry sky above the bed. We were very warm during the week, well are the electric blinds and the tranquility of the garden with the large seating area and the sun loungers we were also able to enjoy. You can prepare smaller dishes with the dishes and the kitchen equipment. Everything you need. The open bathroom is great and everything very classy. We felt very comfortable. Nicolas and his wife are very nice hosts.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river. Great pool. Very family friendly, our kids enjoyed all the house had to offer. Safe parking. Host was very helpful with check-in and checkout. Highly recommend. We hope to return in the near future!

Julien's place was easy to find - clean - and in a neighborhood to get food, pharmacy, etc. within walking distance. (Note we are older travelers over 60+). Julien had a coffee bar which we appreciated. Plenty of bathroom supplies - + towels and nice cozy beds. The youngest in our group took the loft --- which was challenging - steps are very steep --- but she managed just fine. No issues with Julien or his accomodations - his response time was quick. We felt safe in this neighborhood -- A lot of nightlife going on and it was active on both Wednesday and Thursday - Dinner hour starts around 6:30 or 7:00 -- (just in case you didn't know) Please note, we left on a Friday morning and what we thought would take an Uber 15 minutes to get to train station, turned into 45 minutes. We did not take the metro due to luggage. Therefore I highly recommend the Metro --- much faster. Should you book this place - you will be highly satisfied and worth it.

Beautiful quiet apartment, everything worked. Nice modern bathroom with a heated towel rack even. Justher was a delight, very nice and very proactive. When it became warm, she texted with a reminder on how to turn on the air conditioning. She also checked-in to see if we needed anything.

Zarah’s place was absolutely lovely! It’s cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Paris — we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better: so easy to get everywhere, and there’s so much to see, eat, and do just steps away. Zarah was a wonderful host — kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and for making our stay in Paris extra special. Would happily stay here again! 💛

Location and Luxury! Incredibly well designed space. Beautiful, high end and spotless. Charlotte has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. So comfortable and cozy, you don't want to leave. Loved the neighborhood, restaurants, markets and shopping just steps away. By far, Charlotte is the best host, fast and clear communication, easy check-in and check out. It's the only place I want to stay in Paris. Highly recommend!

In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

Great, I'll recommend it

My two sisters n I had a grand time in Paris. One huge bonus was martine’s place we chose to stay. It’s right outskirts of busy Paris downtown n yet only two stations away on Metro from city center. Neighborhood is quiet, convenient( groceries, restaurents n metro station all within short distance). House is clean n well equipped. Instructions were clear plus a very friendly reception. One draw back was we had hard time finding channels to watch tv. But who’s coming to Paris to watch tv anyway? Didn’t use sleep sofa; can’t comment on that. Definitely will use it again as opportunity arises.

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.
