wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

The stay at Mr. José Urbano's residence was wonderful, starting with the attention they gave us via cell phone, informing us of everything in the house. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us to show us the house and, always in a great mood, he left us charcoal and firewood. The house is super complete and cozy, we really enjoyed the facilities, such as the trail, the dam and the fishing. At the end of the stay, he made us feel at ease, so we were in no hurry to leave.

Very complete cottage, well organized. We felt at home and plan to return in the future. Perfect for those seeking tranquility and getting closer to nature.

The Cristina space is a find to relax and enjoy with or without pet. The house is facing the dam in a place with few houses, ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking or simply contemplating. About the calm, despite the work in the house next door and some visitors to the dam with loud sound, nothing affected the tranquility of the days we spent. The space is extremely functional, with all the comfort of the city in the countryside (appliances, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming, distracting games). For those who have pet run like mine the place is ideal, every screen, which allows them to leave them loose throughout the stay. It was sensational days that made us want to always come back.

Agnes was a sweetheart from the beginning to the end of the stay. We arrived late for check-in and she was super flexible about it, in addition to lending us some items we forgot to bring that day. She was always helpful and very kind to us, it was a great pleasure to spend part of our vacation at the house. The lawn area is well maintained and our dogs loved it, the pool was clean as well as all the rooms in the house. We really like the place, the comfort and privacy it provides. We'll be back more often!!

Impeccable cottage! Well-equipped, clean, quiet environment and with one of the best views I've ever seen. Communication with Thiago was excellent, I hope to have the opportunity to come back more often!

It was our second visit to the place, now accommodated in the chalet. We already knew the routine and activities of the place, we came back because of our daughter's experience, we didn't get to use the pool this time, we have to come back in the summer. The cottage is well-equipped and functional, everything is very clean and organized. Very good for enjoying with family and relaxing.

This space is AMAZING... to the smallest details, it conquers everything. Any qualification is below what it represents when we are hosted. As for the HOST, what an INCREDIBLE person, REQUESTS... I will return a thousand times. I loved it

Great apartment, central & very walkable. The market is literally downstairs. The front desk people -at check in and during our week stay -are kind helpful & very friendly people. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and good shower. We truly enjoyed!

We had a great time! Gorgeous views, easy to get an uber from the location, and a great restaurant next door to the building.

This place is in a very convenient location, close to the GRU airport. It is located in a very clean building and apartment. Patricia is a very responsive and friendly guest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. So worth of what I’ve paid.

We loved the stay, everything was wonderful! The place is as beautiful as the photos and even better, the view is beautiful, everything is very cozy. Mr. Takahiro always responded quickly and gave all the necessary support, he was very attentive, we will definitely come back more often!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

The place is impeccable, beautiful view and, despite the road on the ground, it is easy to access. Despite being 5 star, one caveat is the fact that they do not provide bedding and bath towels. For the price, it would be essential to offer these amenities. Local is very quiet, very quiet and cozy. Great place to take pets and have a nice barbecue.

The stay was very peaceful from the time of booking to the time of arrival at the place. We received all the instructions on how to find the place as well as the ease of getting around. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, calm, quiet, charming and cozy. Unfortunately, we stayed for a short time, but we intend to return in the future to enjoy the facilities and the surrounding area more. I highly recommend it and you can book without worries. We had a wonderful experience! Very comfortable house in typical Germanic style. Martin is very helpful, responding quickly to all questions and doing everything to make us feel at home. The view of this place is simply breathtaking! Get ready for a slightly challenging climb by car, but I can assure you: the effort is worth every second. The host was extremely attentive and careful, welcoming us with great kindness and care for the place. The house was impeccable, arranged with great affection and full of details that showed the care for the guests. The surrounding area is beautiful, perfect for those who like to explore nature. And the city, charming and welcoming, is definitely worth a visit!

The hut is exactly like in the pictures, an excellent place to relax amidst a lot of vegetation and peace. Of course, to be in a place like this one needs to be aware that the dirt path can be a bit difficult for a lower car and some insects may appear (after all, we are at their house, right?). André and Juliana were extremely helpful and helped us get to the cabin since our car was not prepared to climb the ramps to the chalet. The place is extremely well decorated and cozy, with an airy roots. Special highlight for the bathroom overlooking the forest and the wood-burning fireplace that give a charm apart.

Nice and charming cottage, with a huge and wonderful backyard. Our pet loved the whole space, well fenced, and with a beautiful river at the back of the property, with a small bucolic trail through the bamboo grove. We have stayed before in Karinah's other house (Cantinho do Sossego, next to this one) and we recommend both for those traveling with pets. Great location, just steps from Pedro Davi Waterfall and Rancho da Curicaca (also pet friendly). We got the coldest weekend of the year, the kitchen area, despite being glazed, and the balcony area, open, are freezing, because the floor is deck, hollow, and the cold rises from the floor (the room has a fireplace and is warm). We use the fireplace every night, wonderful. It could have 2 beach chairs and a picnic basket to enjoy the river beach more. We miss a portable barbecue and outdoor table on the lawn, because the blue sky days in the mountains are beautiful to enjoy the outdoor yard. Host Karinah is great
