Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arta

As others have stated the beautiful view is even better than the photos. The host was great. Highly recommend but car is essential. The town was crazy crowed on a holiday weekend. It was nice to retreat to the unit.

Impeccable communication with Dimitris, he suggested activities and places to eat that turned out to be very good options. The home is beautiful, cozy, just like in the photos right above Proussos Square.

Nice and secluded, but still within short distance from the village. Great facilities. We highly recommed.

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

The house was spotless clean and functional. We didn't miss anything. Especially in terms of heating, even though it snowed all the days of our stay, we didn't understand cold at all.

Great place and great people. The house was really spacious and Anna had thought of every detail and we didn`t have to worry about anything. It was just a 5 minute drive from the city of Igoumenitsa and within 20 minutes you could be in any of the beautiful beaches around the area or in the cities near Igoumenitsa. Great choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the great beaches the area offers.

The house was pleasant and comfortable. We visited both the mountains and the coast. And of course the beautiful river Acheron. The supermarkets and restaurant are fine for daily groceries and within walking distance.

Clean, cozy apartment, despite the fact that it is a penthouse, with all amenities, and private parking in the center of Trikala. What else can you ask for?

We stayed for 2 nights in Eleni's nice flat. It was brighter and even prettier than in the photos! + friendly neighbors in the building + lift for suitcases + fast and friendly responses by Eleni + central though relatively quiet location -- supermarket, restaurants, gyros, ice-cream shops very near + perfect starting point to explore Meteora -- 10-15 drive to the monasteries + 3 balconies, big dining table, clean kitchen and bathroom, spacious living room, good internet - we found it a bit noisy one night from the street below, because we sleep with open windows, but it was Easter weekend, too -- busy time - couldn't park in front of the house, had to drive around looking for parking. Then we discovered the train station parking lot -- large, free, 3-min walk away, which was ideal. The main street down the hill was a good parking option, too. We'd definitely recommend it and return ourselves, too.

stayed for 4 nights in the apartment, with 2 friends. great clean space with balcony to each room, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. supermarket at end of road and walkable to shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. easy to park outside, with no issues and you'd need a car to visit local attractions and area, due to limited public transport. would be happy to recommend or stay again.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. Immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable — every detail was clearly thought out with care. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes away from the city center and major attractions. Irini & Kristina were outstanding — warm, responsive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one truly stands out. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended and definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Thank you Athanasios for the great stay. Both the little ones and the grown ups had a restful sleep. Also, I appreaciate a lot that there was still water and snacks in the fridge. Very nice of you to provide filter coffee and local sweets. It made our breakfast much enjoyable.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. Worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

Amazing host with an amazing villa. I have been to a lot of air b n b and this I must say is the best and most hospitable one I’ve been to. Very good communication and amazing amenities. There is a private beach that is beautiful but it’s a hike. We’ll worth it. I suggest you make a day out of the private beach as the hike is a tough one.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The views were nothing short of breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our getaway. Communication with the host was seamless; they were clear and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay effortless. A highlight for us was when my partner developed a severe headache and, unfortunately, we had forgotten to pack any medicine. To our relief, the villa came equipped with a medical kit that included paracetamol. This thoughtful touch truly saved the day and showcased the host's attention to detail. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again and bring our friends and family to enjoy the breathtaking view

Quite possibly the best villa and location for a quiet and special get away from it all! Sivota is very pretty and has a beautiful marina with many restaurants; lots of villas dotted around the surrounding valley. Most are a bit tricky to get to by car as the lanes and tracks are narrow and stoney, this one is no different as you negotiate the approach. A few trips and you get to used to it though. The villa itself has direct access by foot to the harbour which is a great plus, literally a few minutes and you’re in the owners restaurant which is also fabulous! Elena welcomed us, showed us around, gave us lots of good recommendations for the whole island. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier host! The villa is perfect! We loved the views, the decor, the pool and especially the private sea access which we used every day for invigorating swims and snorkeling. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, lots of thoughtful touches and welcome goodies. Great villa, superb location!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

Villa very modern, clean, private, had everything we needed, spacious with wonderful views. Great location if you want to explore local area and beyond, with some great beaches nearby. Hubert is a great host, clear instructions on where to meet when we got there, always attentive if we needed anything and happy to provide any recommendations on where to eat/visit. Would highly recommend the Villa, especially with Hubert making it a great holiday.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

Stunning villa in Lefkada! One of our favourite stays anywhere in Europe. The view is unbelievable - even better than the pictures. Lydia was a great host who included a lovely check in basket of various goodies which was a really nice touch. The villa itself was very spacious and also had a beautiful pool, bbq and ping pong table. We will definitely be back!
