Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Faurskov Mølle ligger i den smukke Brende Aadal - et af de mest naturskønne områder på Fyn. Området indbyder til vandreture i skov og på eng. Skal du bo i "TJÆREGRYDEN"? Stedet emmer af ro og stilhed, og de enkelte lejligheder ligger uforstyrret i forhold til hinanden. Feriehusene på hver 55 m2, er beliggende ca. 100 m fra vandet, og er alle med havudsigt.Vores lejligheder er baseret på 2 personer, men to af lejlighederne kan uden problemer benyttes af 3-4 personer. Alle lejligheder har fuldt udstyret køkken i åben forbindelse med stue, separat soveværelse med dobbeltseng og lækkert badeværelse.

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
