Super-zone accommodation. Both the accommodation and its surroundings are nice and demanding. Maybe a little better in person than in the pictures. There is a shared pool, which is just the right distance from the apartment, so you can relax next to it, the sounds are not disruptive. Parking on the street is free, but sometimes it's just a little further away. The bed is comfortable, it's a king size that consists of a mattress (in several other places, two smaller ones). All in all, I recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation is wonderful, the space is 100% used and is super cute. It is also very well equipped; the kitchen has everything, the bathroom and the living room as well. Inmaculada is very friendly and gave us a lot of facilities, we could even enter a little before the time I would repeat and recommend it.

First time in Maspalomas, and this place was within a 3 minute walk to Playa del Ingles and numerous shops and restaurants. Great communication, clean and everything worked great. Thanks Fred!

We stayed as a family with a 1 year old child. We had enough space (also for a travel cot in the bedroom). We found the bed very comfortable & even enough for the three of us. Since we were in Gran Canaria for the first time, we were unsure where to live best. After exploring the island, we are convinced that the location was perfect for us. The place is not completely crowded (no mass tourism), you have beautiful beaches within walking distance & a beautiful view through the hillside location. The complex itself is somewhat outdated, but is well maintained & we felt very comfortable. The upper (heated) pool was very pleasant for relaxing bathing. The waterslide is also fun ;) The cave bar is also recommended: the food tastes and the value for money is great! The only deduction in the review is due to the cleanliness. Here it could have been a little cleaner for my taste (e.g. shower).

Modern apartment with a beautiful view, equipped with everything you need to spend a long period, in my case a month. Perfect for both walking and driving. Convenient parking, even if there is no reserved spot.

All went well and like expected the place is near shopping area where you can also find plenty of restaurants. The apartment is exactly like it was showing online. I recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Beates place. It is officially the best stay we ever had. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Balcony is great plus tho the flat. Instructions which we got from Beate were more than clear. Everything you need is on a walking distance: shops, restaurants, famous Jumbo centre, beach, bus stops.. absolutely everything. Whenever we come back again to Maspalomas, Beates place will be our first option. Absolutely all recommendation for this place.

The duplex just and as expected. They left us towels to go to the beach and towels left over for everyone. Well connected by road and with supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance.

The place seemed ideal for a few nights. The stay is small but both the room and the toilet are very spacious and spacious. It was very clean everything. Magdalena made it very easy for us to arrive with directions and recommendations. We would definitely recommend the stay.

Everything was perfect. Self checkin details were detailed, the location was great and felt really safe. Close to yumbo, the beach and airport bus stops. Apartment was incredibly well equipped and spacious.

A lovely apartment on a huge complex but so peaceful and quiet- great views over the bay, shops and restaurants , all within an easy walk. Selection of pools and beaches, again- all quiet and very relaxing. ‘The Cave’ restaurant at the top of Monsenor was fantastic and we’ll definitely be looking to return. Yasmin was a top host ensuring everything ran smoothly from airport pickups and transfers to accessing the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.

The stay at Peter’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, communication was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process went completely hassle-free. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and looked exactly like in the pictures – no hidden surprises or disappointments. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made me feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. Peter was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always quick to answer any questions. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and pleasant stay!

A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Great location near the beach, very quiet and peaceful and an amazing view from the balcony. Overall, a fantastic apartment.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

Dreamy stay right by the sea Our stay at Maria's house was just fantastic – one of the best trips we've ever had. The house is stylishly furnished, very clean and offers a breathtaking sea view from the living room and the roof terrace. The hot tub was a real highlight for relaxing. The location in La Garita is perfect: quiet, right on the promenade and yet a great starting point for exploring the whole island by car – whether Maspalomas, the mountains or hidden natural spots. Maria is an outstanding host – warm, helpful and always available. She really did everything to make our stay unforgettable. We already miss the sound of the waves in the morning and look forward to returning. Absolute recommendation!

Highly recommend this house! We and the kids had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy. The Pool was big enough, heated, covered when not used and very clean. The Games Room is a game changer that we haven't saw nowhere else. It offers a lot of games for kids and adults. Hans is truly a professional and extraordinary guest oriented! Answering very fast in case you need something. The weather in this region seems to be best from the entire island (most sun hours).

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps from the beach, so we could spontaneously go to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also excellent – from high chair to baby bed, everything was available and already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and easily. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment and especially loved the sunny rooftop terrace — it was the perfect spot to relax. Communication with Sarah was excellent; she was proactive, responsive, and made everything super easy. One thing to note is that the apartment isn’t very soundproof, and the nearby bars can get lively at night, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!
