Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Argentan

As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. Very nice welcome, Joël and his wife are always available for any questions, guided tour of the house with his wife. It's so much nicer to have a presence on arrival than a key box. The neighborhood is nice, the walks are quiet. I recommend for people who want to be in peace (really quiet), walks in the forest on foot or by bike. I don't regret anything and I'll be back. Everything is perfect! Thank you Alexis Sylvie and Aldo for your welcome , your kindness cottage. The cottage is absolutely as described, Sylvie takes care of everything there is a kitchen base and enough to make a coffee upon your arrival. It is tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy. The outside is beautiful and the pool is great when it rains or cold. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely place , was perfect for me and my son. Anne and Thierry were very helpful and made us feel very welcome . The table tennis and the Boule were a great bonus. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings too, thoroughly recommended!

My wife & I spent a week in this wonderful countryside cottage, we wish we had booked longer. An idyllic location, comfortable and welcoming character cottage which instantly felt homely. The cottage is well equipped even down to a coffee maker and outdoor grill. We could not have asked for more. A superb location for simply relaxing in the garden, walking the forest paths or visiting surrounding towns and villages. Whether you want to explore or relax this property provides you with the opportunity with its location. Despite the country setting it is easy to get to and just a few minutes from Alençon and the motorway. We shall return next year for a longer period. Veronique & Christian are fabulous hosts who were attentive and responded quickly to every query. We are very grateful to Veronique and Christian for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.

We had a wonderful time at the gîte in! It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved the spacious garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with beautiful countryside views. The location is great for exploring Normandy while offering a peaceful retreat. Friendly hosts and thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Highly recommend for families — we’d love to return!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at Mathilde and David's, we were awakened by the birdsong, lulled to sleep by the sound of nature. The pool was at the top of a sweetness at the exit always well maintained by David. And special mention to the breakfast offered by Mathilde, which makes us start the day twice as well. I recommend it 100% for a total disconnection with the beautiful garden as well as the accommodation. The view of the mountains from the bedroom via a great private terrace at the accommodation was a real plus to extend the days with summer temperatures.

I had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel right at home, with clear and friendly communication throughout my stay.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb house I have ever rented – hands down. Dominique was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire stay felt like a pure vacation dream. The house is located in one of the most stunning regions I’ve ever seen – the landscape, the view, the garden, everything is just magical. The kitchen, the interior design, every little detail – it’s like stepping into another world. I’ve truly never seen anything this beautiful. As mentioned in the description, the pool was cold, but having a pool like this is such a gift – we used it every single day and loved it. Everything was simply perfect and dreamy. I can only recommend this place to everyone – and I’ll definitely come back!

A spacious welcoming house, beautiful garden and great farm. swimming pool was a hit too. we were 3 generations of family and everyone agreed it was a perfect spot for a farm, friendly holiday experience. The animals are well looked after , Santiago was a peticular favourite. definitely recommend.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful quiet environment and close to Fresnay where it is possible to shop on foot. Very welcoming and sociable hosts (Frédéric and Virginie) and their pets. A stay that makes you want to go back.

Great place to stay for a relaxing weekend. The geode is located in the countryside, which allows you to see the fields from the bed. There is no unwanted noise. The furniture is comfortable and modern. The host is very welcoming and considerate. We had a great weekend rejuvenating, just what we needed. Thanks!

A beautiful space with a completely sustainable system. Private, clean and well equipped. Especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the barbecue space. The telescope is a huge plus too! Will definitely come back again!

The accommodation is much nicer than in the pictures, a small welcome basket with bread, butter, jam for the first breakfast, as well as tea and coffee for the first breakfast is available and in addition a bottle of delicious red wine for the first evening. The cottage is furnished with everything you need and with a lot of love for detail. The garden layout is just too kitschy. Barbecue and bicycles are also available. A lovingly compiled book with all the tips and information is in the house. Sandra and John are hosts who can't do better! Friendly, responsive and accommodating. We felt super comfortable and welcome. 5 stars ++++++! Clear 100% recommendation

Very good hosting by Thierry in his little paradise. The house enjoys absolute calm in a bucolic place. The garden is beautiful and very well furnished. The house is perfectly equipped (special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding). We'll be back without hesitating.

An enchanting location In a very beautiful corner of Normandy! A very beautiful garden, horses ... We also liked Orbec and the visit to the mill (you have to call to schedule the visit).
