Apartment vacation rentals in Areopoli

Very homely, close to bakery, supermarket and beach. Having a washing machine was brilliant. Beds were very comfy. Would recommend highly.

Wir haben uns bei Nikos sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Steinhaus hat Charme und der große Garten lädt mit seinen tollen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Pflanzenvielfalt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders toll war für unser Baby die Schaukel. Es gibt ein Babystuhl und -bett. Also alles besonders gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Am besten gelangt man mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft und es gibt mit dem Auto zahlreiche Dörfer Messinis zu erkunden oder die Wasserfälle in der Nähe. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Apartamento en una zona muy tranquila y pintoresca, bien equipado (cocina con lo indispensable para cocinar y cafés de bienvenida). Cama muy cómoda y amplia. Las mosquiteras son un gran plus, porque en la zona por la noche hay aluviónde de mosquitos, sobre todo en la costa. La terracita privada perfecta para tomar el desayuno disfrutando del paisaje. El apartamento está cerca de la playa y a una hora en coche aprox de Las Cuevas de Diros (visita indispensable). De lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue cenar en el Hannover, un restaurante también regentado por ellos que es una maravilla, comida increíble y ambiente muy acogedor, nos pedimos el souvlaki de pollo a la parrilla y estaba espectacular. El único contra sería la ducha, algo pequeña y estrecha si eres grande. Por todo lo demás un 10, totalmente recomendable.

Xénia a été très accueillante, bienveillante dans nos échanges . Elle guettait devant sa maison notre arrivée. Restauration complète de l’appartement avec matériaux de qualité . Décoration sobre de bon goût . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre trop court séjour à Gythio et ses environs. L’appartement au 2ème étage offre une belle vue sur la baie et son îlet , avec les montagnes en toile de fond. Bars, restaurants tout proches à pieds. Merci Xénia

We enjoyed our stay, large terrace with sea views and a view of Kalamata. The kitchen was well equipped to enable us to cook meals. Washing machine and drying rack was very handy. Very comfortable couch was great to relax after long days of sightseeing! Friendly host and neighbours. We would highly recommend this place.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber trotz dem etwas abseits des Trubels. Zu Fuß kann man sowohl den Hafen, als auch die Altstadt gut in 10 Minuten erreichen. Parkplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden, hier haben wir auch immer einen gefunden. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem und den kleinen Balkon sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Stavroula war sehr nett, sie hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The appartment in the basement of a big family house is nice and in a quiet area of the city. You have everything you need in it. There were homemade biscuits and several things to eat and drink for breakfast. I appreciated this attention. The appartment is close by car to Mystra. It was a nice place to stay to visit it.

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

Had a fantastic 10 nights stay. Highly recommend. A truly welcoming host who went the extra mile for us during our stay from helpful advice on what to see / local restaurants to welcoming us with a bottle of wine and treats which was most welcome after an early UK flight . A hidden gem and panagiota is an outstanding host - please do visit !

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Zoe’s, we just wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Lots of nice welcoming touches and spotlessly clean. So many extras to make our stay comfortable. I will definitely be back very soon.

I had just completed trekking the Peloponnese Way and greatly appreciated recuperating from that adventure at the AirBnB. WikiLoc is an app with many trails that folks have done in Kardamyli. I greatly enjoyed the additional hikes in the area. I was amazed by all the springtime wildflowers.

Wir haben uns sofort verliebt. Wir vermissen immer noch die Balkone, die über dem Meer hängen und zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Licht den wunderbarsten Ausblick bieten. Und die kunst- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Gestaltung des Hauses. Der sehr angenehme Empfang durch Miltos, der geduldig und freundlich auf uns gewartet hat - danke, Miltos! Frische Eier und Olivenöl vom eigenen Biohof, Orangensaft - danke, Lena! Das Schlafzimmer oben, aus dem man den Leuchtturm sieht. Das Zimmer unten mit seinem ganz eigenen blauen Charme. Die leuchtend gelbe Gute-Laune-Küche. Spülen mit Meerblick, Knoblauch und Tomaten schneiden auf dem Balkon. Alles da, alles gut, alles wunderbar. Gytheio und die Mani sind einzigartig, aber dieses Haus war das Sahnehäubchen obendrauf. Und ja, die Badezimmer sind klein. Und nochmal ja, die stark befahrene Küstenstraße unter dem Haus ist laut. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir haben es nicht mal richtig bemerkt. Der Rest ist einfach zu schön ...

Απίστευτη οικοδέσποινα, πεντακάθαρο σπίτι που παρέχει τα πάντα. Η θέα από το κατάλυμα είναι μαγευτική. Ήσυχο μέρος δίπλα στην Αεροπολη τόσο με τα πόδια όσο και με αυτοκίνητο. Η κυρία Γιούλη είναι απίστευτα οργανωμένη, μας έδωσε reference για τα πάντα πριν καν φτάσουμε στην Αεροπολη κάνοντας το ταξίδι μας πιο εύκολο! Φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και δωράκια απο την κυρία Γιούλη με προϊόντα της περιοχής. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!

I had a wonderful time in Kyparissi. Spent one week here in April looking after my grandson. Aggeliki and Nicos were very helpful and caring about our comfort. Rooms are spacious and architecturally beautiful. Garden is georgeus and full of various seating and relaxing possibilities. Hope to be back soon.

La casa è semplicemente stupenda! Molto spaziosa, pulitissima, con una cucina fornitissima, e una bellissima vista sul mare. La mamma di Alexandros è molto disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni utili sulla zona ed è stata super ospitale (le nostre bimbe hanno adorato i gelati e la frutta che ci ha regalato!). È stato un immenso piacere trascorrere qualche giorno in questa casa e consigliamo questa esperienza a chiunque. Ci ricorderemo le immense terrazze sul mare (tre terrazze!) e la vasca da bagno con vista mare.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Angelo und Ulla. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt und das Highlight war natürlich der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer, besonders von der wunderschönen Dachterrasse. Angelo und Ulla haben immer direkt und freundlich geantwortet wenn man etwas benötigt hat oder wissen wollte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wollen gerne eines Tages wieder kommen ☺️
