Hög standard med unika tillval, golvvärme och en svårslagen mysfaktor som verkligen ger den där stugkänslan man vill ha när man åker till fjällen. I princip ski in/ ski out med endast en gångväg på 100 meter till skidbackarna i Tegefjäll / Duved (ingår i Åres liftsystem). 300 meter åt andra hållet hittar ni restaurang, livsmedelsbutik och skidbussen in till Åre (i drift under skidsäsong). Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Brattland bike/ski lodge ligger naturskönt ovan E14, ca 8 km från Åre by. Bilparkering finns vid husen. Med bil tar det tio minuter till byn. Vill man åka buss, tar man sig ner till hållplatsen vid E14. Det går bra att ta med sig skidor eller bräda på bussen. Förutom skidåkning och cykling kan man vandra, fiska, åka hundspann, hyra snöskoter och en mängd andra aktiviteter. Man tar sig direkt från huset till vandringsleder och cross country cykling. Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Beautiful cabin in Huså close to nature

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Brand-new house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with the Byliften ski lift as your closest neighbor. Cozy outdoor patio with views of the slopes. Parents sleep comfortably in a large 180 cm bed, with the children in the adjoining room. The ski slope is right outside the house, and on the property. No car is needed—it's only a five-minute walk to shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and the train station. The ski bus to Åre stops just 50 meters from the house.
