We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Hyr vår nybyggda (Nov 2022) och välplanerade 4 rummare med bastu i fridfull miljö. Hög standard med unika tillval, golvvärme och en svårslagen mysfaktor som verkligen ger den där stugkänslan man vill ha när man åker till fjällen. I princip ski in/ ski out med endast en gångväg på 100 meter till skidbackarna i Tegefjäll / Duved (ingår i Åres liftsystem). 300 meter åt andra hållet hittar ni restaurang, livsmedelsbutik och skidbussen in till Åre (i drift under skidsäsong). Hyrs ut privat av Daniel

Lägenhet på cirka 35 kvm med sovloft. Våningssäng på botten och 140cm dubbelsäng på sovloft. I priset ingår sängkläder och handdukar. Kök med spis,ugn,micro,diskmaskin, kyl o frys. UNDER VINTERSÄSONGEN ÅLDERSGRÄNS MINST 25 ÅR (eller i målsmans sällskap) Egen ingång och uteplats. Väldigt centralt mitt i byn, gångavstånd till allt. Lämplig för två vuxna och två barn eller upp till TRE VUXNA. Lägenheten är del i ett privat hus med bofasta och därför är tystnad efter 22:00 ett krav. Inga fester!!

Brattland bike/ski lodge ligger naturskönt ovan E14, ca 8 km från Åre by. Bilparkering finns vid husen. Med bil tar det tio minuter till byn. Vill man åka buss, tar man sig ner till hållplatsen vid E14. Det går bra att ta med sig skidor eller bräda på bussen. Förutom skidåkning och cykling kan man vandra, fiska, åka hundspann, hyra snöskoter och en mängd andra aktiviteter. Man tar sig direkt från huset till vandringsleder och cross country cykling. Lägenheten: Vardagsrum och fullt utrustat kök tre sovrum med täcken ock kuddar. Möjlighet att ladda elbil finns,laddning ingår i priset. Vattenburen golvvärme i alla rum. Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

Stugan är mysigt inred med alla bekvämligheter ni kan tänkas behöva. Det finns en eldstad som gör stugan om möjligt ännu mysigare. Wifi finns.
