Excellent location in a beautiful place that resembles a different era. They definitely makes their experience of the city even better.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights for our first trip to Nafplio and loved it! The kitchen is the best equipped one we’ve had so far, which was nice since we like to shop at the weekly markets and eat at home a bit. Location was very walkable to everything in the area, and we enjoyed our morning walks along the water each day. The patio was our favorite spot, where we spent many times napping and having breakfast, or just reading. The place was easy to find and instructions were great. We will book again the next time we’re in Nafplio!

Безусловно главное достоинство это вид. Это не просто "вид на море", а собственно само море в шаге под тобой. Терраса огромного размера выходит прямо на пляж, и на все 180 градусов море. Но и сама квартира достаточно удобная, для двоих человек точно. И очень очень чистая. Вайфай хороший, напор в душе тоже, полотенца отличные. Большой холодильник, все нужные кастрюльки и посуда. Большой шкаф для одежды, хороший диван в гостиной, есть все принадлежности для пляжа - зонтик, подстилки, стульчики. Только пляжные полотенца нужно иметь свои. Есть закрытая парковка, к пляжу спускается лестница. Сам пляж небольшой, зато совершенно приватный, если не подойдет он, то рядом множество других. В деревне несколько ресторанов и супермаркет. Катерина отвечает мгновенно, да и у нас не было поводов о чем-то беспокоиться. Очень рекомендую это жилье и хозяев.

Great location very close to all key landmarks of Sparta. Very comfortable flat, very clean and cozy. Very friendly host, active and helpful. A great offer altogether.

Logement calme, parfaitement propre et équipé, doté d'une terrasse spacieuse. Pour mener une vie comme si vous étiez un local. La localisation décentrée permet une découverte de Nauplie mais aussi d'aller facilement sur Mycènes ou Epidaure.

Vasiliki and the flat were both amazing - she was super responsive, knowledgeable about the area, great about answering questions - and the flat was clean, easy to find, in a great location, and overall, a fantastic option for those looking for a homebase to do things around Sparta.

Διεμεινα διότι η κόρη μου έδινε εξετάσεις σε ξένη γλώσσα στο 1ο Λύκειο. Η τοποθεσία είναι σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τα πάντα. Περπατώντας επισκέπτεται κανείς όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα,φιλικοτατη οικοδέσποινα και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μαγειρέψει . Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Το στρώμα εξαιρετικό , η τηλεόραση μεγάλη και χώροι αποθήκευσης επαρκείς. Θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα και του χρόνου. Συγχαρητήρια για την επαγγελματικοτητα.

Die Tage in eurem wunderschönen Apartment haben wir sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt: gemütlich, geschmackvoll und voller liebevoller Details. Der grosse Garten und die üppige Frühlingsvegetation waren eine Wohltat für die Seele. Danke Andy und Zein für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die perfekte Auszeit, die wir hier erleben durften. Es war ein kleines Paradies, in dem wir Ruhe, Natur und Genuss gefunden haben.

Die perfekte Unterkunft, um Athen zu entdecken. Ich war drei Tage dort und bin restlos begeistert. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit problemloser Verbindung zum Flughafen durch den U-Bahnhof Omónia in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind hervorragend zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Viertel ist ein wenig laut und schmutzig, doch die Wohnung ist eine traumhafte Oase der Ruhe. Sie liegt über den Dächern der Stadt und hat eine einzigartige Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und individuell - man spürt sofort, dass hier ein Künstler wohnt. Dionisis ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, alles war perfekt organisiert. Er kommuniziert verlässlich, schnell und freundlich, außerdem hat er unschlagbare Tipps für Restaurants parat. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Athen!

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Apartamento bem localizado. Fica em uma avenida muito movimentada, mas é silencioso, pois fica nos fundos. Os cômodos são exatamente como constam nas fotos. Táxi do aeroporto é muito caro, mas há a possibilidade de ir de metrô, caso chegue durante o dia e início da noite. Não foi o meu caso. Fotis foi atencioso e passou várias informações sobre Atenas.

Place and bathroom are smaller than what appear on the pictures but it is a nice place to rent for a few days, located in the middle of the city centre. Huge balcony with views over the George's sq and Nafpaktos. Fair value for what you get. Mike was kind, responsive and flexible with the check in/out. Well recommended.

The view is truly spectacular! From each window and the large sliding doors Athens and historical sites surrounding you. The veranda is large and spacious five stories up. Hostess responds in minutes and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the Jasmine Cottage around corner where we found the most “homemade “ Greek food way less expensive than further up the street. Truly a unique kind.

Casa perfetta! Pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e in una posizione centralissima, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Le foto rispecchiano pienamente la realtà, anzi: dal vivo è ancora più accogliente. Maria è stata un’host eccellente: sempre disponibile, gentilissima e super reattiva. Comunicazione facile e veloce, ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Un soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto — torneremmo senza esitazioni! Consigliatissima.

El departamento es aun mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, esta equipado con todo lo necesario, nos dejaron café, azúcar, sal, aceite, jabon para el lavaplatos y la ropa, la verdad que excelente! Solo no se olviden de prender el agua caliente cuando lleguen porque tarda unos 45min en calentar, pero una vez que arranca hay agua caliente suficiente para bañarse 2 personas sin problema. Definitivamente alquilaremos de nuevo si volvemos a Atenas. Muchas gracias!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Unbeschreiblich schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick. In echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und lieb, haben uns mit Kleinigkeiten beschenkt und wir durften früher einchecken! Für unser Baby wurde ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen

Nice two floor apartment in a new building. It has two terraces with amazing view, pool was clean and heated. Easy self check in. There's no microwave or we just didn't find it 🤷 Parking in underground garage is very narrow, only for small cars.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.
