Apartment vacation rentals in Arcadia

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Simple but complete accommodation, with amazing sea views, close to the beach and restaurants but in a quiet location. The area is relatively well preserved. The choice of beaches is endless. Christofer is exceptionally attentive to the needs of tenants. If you want to get a sense of traditional Greek generosity, you'll have a great example here.

We were there for a week in May. The place was the same as in the photos. The kitchen was practical and adequately furnished. The bedroom had sea views and was equipped with mosquito nets, so you could sleep with the window open. Towels and extra blankets were provided. The terrace garden, which leads to a narrow pebble beach, was the highlight with numerous seating options to relax. The village of Kiveri is easily accessible by a small, paved footpath along the sea. Overall, a little paradise.

Although we went to a very hot season, the house was impeccable and comfortable. Quietneighborhood,with short distances. It had everything very close (bakery, super, bank, etc.). Mrs. Vasiliki is very kind and advised us which areas to visit and shops that we can eat in Paralio Astros.

We have been to this wonderful place for the second time and will certainly come a third time. The apartment is perfectly suitable for a family due to the immediate beach location. Simply wonderful. In the low season, there is absolute peace. Only the sound of the sea could be heard. Everything was fantastic.

One of the best we have stayed at. The place is roomy for 6 people. A very nice size living room, convenient kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Wonderful AC. Super easy communications with hosts. Loved the location, a few steps from Syntagma square. A bit noisy late evenings but should be expected. We very strongly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, large terrace with sea views and a view of Kalamata. The kitchen was well equipped to enable us to cook meals. Washing machine and drying rack was very handy. Very comfortable couch was great to relax after long days of sightseeing! Friendly host and neighbours. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Anastacios' place. We combine climbing days with a beach. The place is very quiet and easily accessible. I recommend it ! 😊

The apartment is centrally located, but despite the somewhat away from the hustle and bustle. On foot, you can easily reach both the harbor and the old town in 10 minutes. Parking is available on the street, we have always found one here. Supermarkets, bakeries and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We found the bed very comfortable and the small balcony very cozy. The communication with Stavroula was very nice, she gave us many tips for the area and was always available. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone and would come back anytime.

We were very pleased with our accommodations and very happy we chose it. Will recommend to whoever is planning a trip to Athens. The view is breathtaking and the hosts were on top of every aspect needed to make our stay perfect. Their response time was legitimately within 1 minute each time I messaged them for advice or recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for resting. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Great place to stay for a few days away, friendly host, great view from the balcony, close enough (30 mins) to walk into the city centre, located in a quiet neighbourhood, would recommend!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
