The cabin is very nice, with a beautiful ocean view and direct access to it. It is not in the public beach shopping area and that makes it very private and pleasant, however it is close to the pier and El Hoyito beaches. It has a private parking lot, a full kitchen and nearby there are shops, D1 and other places to stock up. Access is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

We were very happy with the place, it is quiet, there is air conditioning, super good, we slept very well, for us it was very comfortable and met 100% with our expectations, super recommended the place, I would come back twice without thinking. They welcomed us with coconut ice cream and Alberto is very friendly at all times. Everything is very organized and clean. Thanks to Mr. Alberto, a very good host. Go there if you need to stay 👍

It is an apartment in a quiet area, it is true to the photo, the refrigerator did not seem to be in good condition, the rooms were clean and tidy but there was a particular smell in the apartment, I don't know how to describe it but maybe it is something that can be improved with air freshener.

the cabin met our expectations, it was spacious, illuminated, with good ventilation since it has air conditioners, area for independent wet clothes, with the pool neat at the front and the sea a few steps away too, where the beach is private. Everything is neat and organized, very close to the village of Arboletes where you can get everything you need, private parking.

Our stay at this place was amazing, 3 nights/ 4 days. A place to stay in contact with the countryside. Our trip is delayed, Estivinso is waiting for us to welcome us in the morning. It has a strategic location if you want to go to Arboletes to the beach and enjoy the scenery in Cordoba. We were in a car so from the main road to the entrance to the place we take longer than expected, in a van or 4X4 it is a 20min drive. The journey has a paved part and another uncovered part, however it is in very good condition. It is a very safe area and less than 15 minutes walking, near the estate there are supermarkets where you can get everything. The vegetation of the place is very beautiful, there are coconuts, tangerines, torombolos, bananas, yucca, yams, guavas.We had barbecue days, karaoke night, and movie nights, thanks to the fact that the place has all these facilities. Estivinso and its neighbors are always attentive to help and attend to any request.

The property is quite spacious and located in an ideal place for disconnecting the city. The countries are unbeatable and the friendliness of the people who take care of the place give a plus to the stay. Definitely a place to go back to

The place is very cute, very clean and equipped to be very comfortable in the stay. It's close to the beach and downtown Arboletes. David is a very attentive host and there is always someone who is attentive to everything you need. Highly recommended.

The place is just as it appears in the photos, everything is super organized and clean. They communicated on time to give us directions on how to get there; the cabin is very close to the main park of Arboletes, there you get everything you need and there is the entrance to the beach. I highly recommend the place.

A paradise. The place is spectacular, a little far but it's well worth it. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Maybe the only complaint is that the wifi never worked, but it was even a chance to disconnect and rest.

The accommodation is very nice, the proximity to the sea make it a good place to choose from. The rooms have air conditioning which makes them very nice and comfortable, spacious spaces, spacious bathrooms. Both the hostess, and Mary, the person who welcomes us in the place, very kind, and always with a very good disposition. We didn't have internet and were very incommunicado, however it was temporary damage that other guests probably won't affect them. The car should be left elsewhere where it is not cared for by anyone (one of our cars was scratched) is not the fault of the accommodation but I highlight it so they are careful because everywhere there will always be malicious people, and this time the Demalas were us since it had not happened before. In general highly recommended the place, a very nice house, and a nice sea and fenced. We had no issues with mosquitoes or mosquitoes.
