The time we spent at Marta's house was great. The place is wonderful, with security and privacy. The house was very clean and tidy. Only the Wi-Fi that we couldn't use, otherwise, everything was perfect! We intend to return for sure

Excellent stay, starting with D. Lílian, a lovely person, who responded promptly to our messages. The garden is large and very well-kept, the house is clean, comfortable and has all the utensils we need. It exceeded our expectations. We felt at home!

Our stay was very good! Glaucio, Natalia's husband, helped us a lot in a moment of near despair! The house is as described, has 3 floors and is very close to one of the best beaches in Arraial in my opinion. It had all the basic items and even a filter with chilled water. We didn't stay anymore because it wasn't available. I'll be back for sure.

Heloise is a great host. Very caring, attentive and helpful. The house is comfortable and we were well accommodated. I recommend it and we want to stay with her again when we return to this paradise that is Arraial do Cabo.

Everything was perfect, for me the best beach is the front was the best experience we had, the loft met all our needs, quiet and quiet village, we will return! Improvement point: it's not a complaint, but I think it would be a good thing to put heater in the pool for the night time, get tired and have a warm pool in the lull of the villa would make the experience even better, thank you!! ❤️

We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

Clean and organized place, easy access to restaurants, bars, bakery and supermarket. Very close to the beach, you can walk there. Hosts are always supporting and answering any questions.

Fantastic spot surrounded by nature . Emerson takes care of Everything. 10 min by car to the beach . Kolibries are passing by . Rural feeling , but near Saquerema . A place that we would like to return !!

The stay was wonderful, the house is very beautiful, it had everything we needed to spend the days, equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, with an excellent barbecue area, and the hostess was very helpful in serving us. Next time I go to the lake region, I will give priority to Cátia's accommodations.
