My coziness

Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

I went to celebrate my birthday at Daniel's house, and it was amazing. The accommodation has everything we need, there is a market nearby, and the condominium is extremely safe. Mr. Sid was very attentive. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful House! We met our expectations. All in order and extremely clean, air-conditioned environments, kitchen complete with new utensils. The jacuzzi made all the difference! The Levi host is an amazing person without being willing to help with recommendations for sightseeing and welcoming places. I recommend it!

Bruno made me and my girlfriend very comfortable to answer all our questions, the house was extraordinary and extremely cozy in every detail. Bruno was very friendly, polite and always gave us some tips on places and things to do during the stay. The house was also very clean and tidy, as well as being very private. The place is charming, the security and privacy are exemplary, the house is impeccable, they just don't provide bed linen and towels. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery and nature. It just didn't get 5 stars in everything because while I was consulting to rent it, the price of the stay increased, so I had a loss of 229.00 reais more, if I had rented it and then contacted them, that wouldn't have happened, other than that everything was wonderful.

We had a perfect weekend. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean. Fresh towels and linens. Kitchen with complete utensils. Tânia was super attentive, answered all messages and we had no problems. I didn't enjoy the pool because there wasn't enough time. I hope to return soon.

The house is clean and comfortable. The beach is a few meters away and is wonderful. It's like having a private beach. Hosts are kind and respond quickly, they are always at your disposal. I loved my stay!

Our stay was great, Maeli and Dayse their super helpful collaborator and ready to assist us. The house is in a quiet and safe condominium, 5 minutes away has a main one with groceries, pharmacy, bakery!!

Simply amazing space! It had absolutely everything a family needs. Super space, clean and quiet place. Close to the lagoon, so you can walk too. In addition, Mrs. Maria Augusta was super communicative and kind and Mr. Nelson, the caretaker, was also very kind. We'll be back for sure!

Adriana was very kind from the first contact, responding very quickly the times I needed to talk to her. The house is as shown in the ad and the condominium is very organized and safe. The house perfectly accommodated the 7 adults. We did not have time to take advantage of the ping-pong table, the pool and the barbecue, so we will have to return at another opportunity.

Fábio was extremely kind and attentive, received us with a delicious cake and coffee, all with very caprice what we found a differential imita. The place is extremely clean and cozy, being well complete from bed and bath linens to utensils. We love the accommodation and recommend with our eyes closed, much more complete even than hotels providing us with an amazing and comfortable weekend.

It was a very pleasant weekend! O Caseiro Luciano and the differential of the very friendly place and request! Maria always ready to answer us and was very understanding with our requests!

These were incredible days that I spent with my family, a quiet place facing the shallow lagoon, great for the elderly and children . The house offers kayaking and stand up, allowing us to enjoy even more! Great outdoor area, very complete kitchen. The only recommendation is, bring a sunshine guard, so that you can enjoy all day in the lagoon ! I loved the house !

Beautiful New House in Valtellina Perfect Location!

We were very happy those days the house was excellent, the condominium very safe, quiet and welcomes children very well!! Without words to describe Mr. Antonio's kindness received us very well!! The house beyond what we expected, all very clean and with great care for the guests such as bed and bath linens, liquid soap and paper in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen had detergent, coffee, sugar and salt which made our first day easier, we sure will be back!!

i would like to thank Alan for the stay the house was better than the photos showed..super clean great four super complete household utensils. sensational location exceeded my expectations.. from my point of view one of the best spots in the city.. bakery. super-market. drinkers everything nearby didn't need a car for anything..and the best gripped in the center of the VILLAGE.. soon we will be back and if possible to stay in this house. Super attentive has served us always when we need it quickly and very good will in the information we need.. We had no problem with the house everything working wonderfully well and by way very well cared for...Note 10
