Great house, spacious, airy rooms with air-conditioning. Private pool with daily cleaning. It only falls short in some furniture and appliances that are in need of repair, maintenance or replacement. But other than that, a great stay and excellent cost benefit.

Perfect Stay! Ewerton was super helpful and thoughtful from start to finish. House is exactly like in pictures, clean, with a great view and location. The beach is near walking, just across the street from the condominium, and also has a very good kiosk. Not to mention Aracaju does not require comment! I would recommend everything and would close deal with Ewerton again. Already waiting for the next opportunity to return 🙏🏻

We spent wonderful days at Dione's house! There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children) and we were very comfortable. Everything in the house worked perfectly, the location is excellent, quiet place! We love it and will definitely be back more often! Dione is super friendly and helpful! You can rent it without fear! It was great!

Host was requested and made me feel comfortable, for me the location was perfect because I was attending an event in Nassau and the house is practically next door.

From the beginning, everything was very positive. I arrived before the scheduled time and, to my surprise, the hosts were super attentive and allowed me to enter early. This made me very happy, especially because I was traveling with my cat, who was a little agitated by the journey. The first impression upon arrival was a surprise: the entrance is very discreet, but as soon as you enter, everything changes. The space is extremely organized, well divided and very welcoming. The only observation I make is in relation to the bed, which we find a little small for my parents — perhaps because we are tall. It's a point that could be improved. The house is fully equipped, impeccably clean and very well cared for. The atmosphere is super peaceful and the location is excellent. I didn't even need to use the car during the stay! The air conditioning in all the rooms, as it is a more enclosed space, the climate can get very hot — so turning on the air was essential and worked perfectly.

excellent location, close to tourist spots, restaurants, shops, bakery, at the end of the street there is a distributor and a coconut ice cream stand. When we needed to use Uber, the price was cheap because we were close to practically the entire tourist area. I highly recommend, a kind, polite and very available host when contacted. When I return to Aracaju, it will definitely be my first choice for accommodation!

Excellent location near the riverfront and the beach as well, the house is wonderful, well ventilated, super organized, a swimming pool and an area covered with very good barbecue, the host is very nice, attentive, accessible, responds immediately, made an excellent indication of service and options in the region, congratulations to the cleaning team because it was impeccable. We liked the house very much, everything as the host described. The house served us very well, very spacious, very good pool, very good location, and organized condo, beautiful and very quiet. Some unforeseen events occurred during the hosting, but even though it was not the host's fault, he promptly resolved, always replying to my messages, and going to the house to answer us quickly. The host is very attentive and solicitous. Anyway, recommend it, and I will return at the next opportunity.

Great stay!! Accommodation as advertised. Well cared for furniture, clean and in perfect working order. Quiet and safe neighborhood; beautiful surroundings and leisure options. A great bakery 01 block away. No mais, restaurant, supermarket and pharmacies 200 meters away. A very good host, gave great tips about the city. What's more, it relaxed check-in and quickly answered any message via the app. In this way, I recommend this accommodation 100%.

Very spacious home with lots of room to host! Very large pool with a great barbecue area! This home is amazing! The home itself could use some maintenance in some areas, but other than that it’s wonderful!
