Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Luisa’s place was great, just be aware of there being no AC before booking.

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on Presídio beach, close to the beach and almost next to Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioners in all rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports area with a soccer and volleyball field, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the owner's hospitality. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and attentive, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that arose. It was a very happy weekend for the whole family, full of good times. My family and I loved the days we spent at Jussara's house. Very good house, with everything we need, and it's on Beach Park Street. We were very well received by Márcia, who is very attentive and kind. Anyone who rents it won't regret it.

Yanka was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, always very attentive to messages. The house was perfect for my event. The only bad point was the way to get to the house, the streets are very precarious we almost couldn't get there by car, and at night there is no lighting on the street. Apart from that external part, everything was perfect, air-conditioning, swimming pool, kitchen items, nothing was missing. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my vacation at this house. I felt safe and everything is near. I certainly will comeback in my next vacation.

We went in a group of friends and certainly one of the strongest points of the house is the fact that the suites are all independent - they were impeccably prepared to receive us with comfortable beds and the bathroom of each one of them is excellent, the water has great pressure and even temperature regulation. The house is exactly as in the listing: the common area has several spaces where we can have meals, play board games or have a chat, the kitchen is very well equipped, the only thing missing is a large oven, but we managed to get by with the small oven available! The refrigerator and freezer work perfectly well (which is rare in houses so close to the beach). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of booking! The host Silvio is very accessible and friendly, he welcomed us very well and responded quickly to messages.

We appreciate the warm reception and welcome during our stay. Mr. Lúcio e D. Socorro who have always been attentive, making our experience more comfortable. The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

House well clean, corresponds to the announcement, right next to the market and Beach Park where I went every day on foot in a walk of less than 10 minutes. The host Fábio always answered messages in an almost immediate manner, always answering all questions.

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back someday.

The house is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, clean, cozy, we feel at home. The beach is very close, just around the corner.
