Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with a lot of artistry. This house was built by our aunt who was a teacher, feminist and art lover. She travelled, painted and collected art from artist friends. You can definitely expect surprises if you stay in this beautiful home and explore her collection. That is of course, if you are not exploring the Alpstein mountains, enjoying specialities from Appenzell or doing sightseeing. We value guests who appreciate our property and keep it tidy.

Our Afrizell house is located in the middle of Appenzell, in Ried, the oldest cooperative settlement in Europe. Four minutes' walk from the train station, seven minutes' walk from the lively village center, with private garden and stylish décor - pure relaxation. The house is the starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Alpstein, museum visits and forest walks. Everything is easily accessible by Appenzell train or the Rufbus [on-call bus]. An invitation to slow down.

Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former laundry house with barrel sauna is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and comfort. Another highlight in addition to the sauna is the stream that flows through the property and gives the whole a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

Cozy room overlooking the countryside Our guest room on a private floor offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. It has a 140cm bed and a nice seating area overlooking the countryside. The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. Perfect for relaxing days in nature. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Vacation home Sennastübli

The breathtaking view over the Alpstein, hills and the countryside also invites you to hike, exercise and walk. Also for winter sports holidays with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or sledding. With us you can escape everyday life and get a taste of country life. You are also welcome to get an insight into our farm, not far from the vacation home. Fresh milk directly from the cow and eggs from our chickens can be purchased from us.

Anita's landerlebnis is a beautiful cozy farmhouse, perfect for families. This sunny farmhouse is a little off the beaten path in a quiet environment! Only a few minutes drive to Lake Constance, St.Gallen and Heiden! Restaurants and shops are nearby! A hiking trail is very close! You can walk to the well-known Gasthaus Gupf! Anita's landerlebnis is located on a sunny hill, with beautiful unobstructed views of the Appenzellerland!
