Amazing host with an amazing villa. I have been to a lot of air b n b and this I must say is the best and most hospitable one I’ve been to. Very good communication and amazing amenities. There is a private beach that is beautiful but it’s a hike. We’ll worth it. I suggest you make a day out of the private beach as the hike is a tough one.

Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

We cannot recommend our stay at Villa Virginia highly enough, it was “perrrrfect”. Dimitra and Dionisis were excellent hosts, attentive but discreet. Very private, calm and relaxing with birdsong in the garden by the pool. The Villa has everything you will need, a very comfortable bed, lovely shower, lots of hot water. Kitchen is well equipped and there was a welcoming bonus of a starter pack of goodies. Definitely somewhere to return to. Thank You.

Very nice house with great view. Nice with a cooling pool as there was no beach close by but it is about 2 km away and is reached by car/taxi/time. Very well cleaned and good communication. 3 bedrooms with separate showers and air conditioning in all rooms which is perfect.

We had a lovely stay at this home! It’s wonderfully located at the end of a long bump track, close enough to Sivota for dinner, drinks and ice cream. Definitely need a car to get around but once you’re at the house you have a stunning infinity pool, a private path down to the sea and a hot tub. It’s quiet, calm and has a lot of character. Make sure to get a food, coffee and wine shop before you arrive with all the essentials. We’d love to come back again! Our second time in Sivota and this was a brilliant base. We were 4 adults and 4 children / babies!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Volare - Dimitris was super helpful and friendly every step of the way and the Villa itself is beautiful. Amazing views, clean and tidy interior and a convenient location to get around the island from - would definitely recommend!

We just enjoyed a lovely week at Villa Piano. It really is an amazing villa, with picture perfect views of the pool, lawn and sea beyond. The villa itself is spacious with loads of living space, and big bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, and came with much more crockery, pots and pans, etc than normal with an airbnb. We were traveling with a baby, and the hosts helpfully arranged a high chair, travel cot, and lots of baby-specific towels, blankets and bedding. We felt right at home! Will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! The place is absolutely stunning, tastefully decorated but still feels welcoming. We travelled as two couples with babies, the host arranged baby cots without any additional fee for our little ones. The villa was cleaned daily. It is truly worth the money!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

A stunning villa with beautiful architectural touches. You will need to get used to the drive up and down the Sivota bay mountain and car hire is essential. We had to swap for an automatic with a more powerful engine for 4 adults as the car hire company had given us a Clio that couldn’t handle the incline. But once at the top, I promise you it is worth the drive..! You will wake up to the most stunning sunrise and a commanding view of the sea, mountain and harbour. If you’re a runner like me, you’ll relish the challenge of running down to the harbour and back up which is a 7k run but well worth it to work up an appetite for the numerous restaurants and places for breakfast too that are nestled around Sivota’s lively harbour. Dimitrios and his team, Vassili and Fontini made us feel welcome and looked after us. They even found some weights for me to use by the pool side, and kindly let us check out later than usual due to our delayed flight. This is why I love air bnb, you find these nice little villas with a service that cannot be rivalled by big hotels or chain villa companies!

This was a beautiful and luxurious villa in a peaceful location with a breathtaking view. Everything made our vacation feel so special. I cannot fault the pool, the outdoor areas, or the villa itself- it was all excellent. The weather was up and down when we visited but due to our lovely villa, we was still able to relax and have those amazing views from inside. Michel was a friendly host and he was very easy to contact and happy to help with anything you may need. Mr Takis was very friendly and could not do enough for you. I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the villa. It exceeded our expectations and was truly a beautiful place to relax. The view is unmatched with incredible sunsets! The villa has everything that you need, and is in a very private location. William was very helpful and responsive both before our stay, and whilst we were on the island. He was able to provide lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was easy to find and easy to follow instructions were provided prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future.

We had a great stay at Villa Anthelia. The villa is beautiful, and the location and views match the photos. Elena was a super responsive and helpful host, giving us plenty of recommendations and ensuring all was well throughout the stay. Sivota is a lovely marina village with plenty of good restaurants. Would recommend a car if staying longer than a few days to see around the island. Overall, a great place to stay.

a wonderful stay in the mountains. perfect if you have a car. the views were stunning and the surrounding farm land was so lovely. Highgate was hearing the goats being herded in the morning, sunset bbqs and listening to the bats and birds in the evenings. the local farmer who owns the land was really very lovely. felt very special and we are looking forward to booking again when we go back!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with our adult children and partners. Everyone was delighted with their bedroom, view and en-suite bathroom! All squeaky clean! The villa was cleaned and all bedding and towels changed midweek! The pool and gardens are stunning- with plenty of pretty parasols and loungers. Neil and his lovely housekeeper are very friendly and helpful- with fab recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Go to the Olive Lounge! We enjoyed a wine tasting at Gentilini vineyard! So many nice restaurants to choose from- our faves were La Mer and Chefalonia! Neil was very responsive to any message and helpful and was kind enough to let us go into the villa early on Saturday. Perfect base to explore Cephalonia and beaches nearby at Lourdata and near Kanali are beautiful! Although steep walk back up hill and no facilities! We loved our week! Thank you!

This was an amazing place and phenomenal hosts! Connie and Andy were flexible, accommodating, had great communication, and were super helpful! We were greeted by Andy who was waiting to show us to the place so we knew exactly where it was. He greeted us with some goodies which were delicious and a sweet gesture. He showed us around the place and checked in with us to make sure we were good throughout our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean pool and place. Had everything we could ask for and more! Can walk to the local market, cafes, and a great restaurants. Strongly recommend staying here!!!

Villa Amoudia was perfect for our needs. The Villa was exactly as described in the photos and details, and the location was ideal; close to village, great views and peaceful. The host Barbara was very friendly and responsive. We are thinking of returning!

Fantastic villa, in close driving range to supermarkets and a beautiful view to go with it. The hosts are very helpful and we would most definitely recommend this villa for as a perfect location in lefkada!!

A wonderful, privately located villa with amazing outdoor area, exactly as shown on the photos, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. The house is so well equipped and has very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Although the area is quite rural, there is a great restaurant 5 mins walk away and Nidri center is a 20 mins walk with many small supermarkets, beach, restaurants and bars. We especially appreciate the host Panos who was always available to help with anything we needed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Being a remote area, sounds of the surrounding flora and fauna can be heard regularly 😊 The local stray cat is very cute and friendly. A car is necessary to visit all the beautiful areas of this fantastic (still quite free of major tourism) island. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back some day soon. THANK YO

We had a fabulous week at Villa Kanali. The villa is in a great location in Lourdata, in-between two lovely beaches. We loved the beach going towards kanali in particular with beautiful spots for relaxing and glorious turquoise waters for swimming. The villa has fantastic outside space with the pool a real bonus. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal, giving everyone space and privacy, which was great for 2 adults and two 17 year old girls. The location of the villa gives great views of the main beach, whilst feeling very private. We loved Lithero taverna which is next door to the villa, where we ate 3 nights out of the 7. The villa was spotless, and had everything we needed to eat in as well. The hosts were very responsive with clear instructions. Anamaria responded very promptly to queries we had, working with a brilliant local team who were quick to help when needed. Thank you for being great hosts and for the stay in your wonderful villa!

Absolutely perfect villa for us, the location was great walking distance to everything you need. The villa was clean and perfect size! Provided with plenty of bedding/towels throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again! Communication was also fantastic and informative!

We had an incredible stay with our 3 sons. The villa was beautifully designed and well considered with amazing views. It was close to town and the beach. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street about 100yrds away which sells most things. The villa was serviced really well , clean and the cleaners came halfway through. The pool was treated twice while we were there. The furniture was plentiful - liked the outdoor bean bag chairs and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. There were lots of dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags. The town about 7 mins walk away has great restaurants and a few bars and shops. Enough to keep us happy for a week. Local beaches are fab and 20 mins away is a town called Mytikas - a pretty little fishing town with great fish restaurants and cafes. We rented a car but probably didn’t need it as everything is on your doorstop. The agent Susanna was helpful communicative warm and responsive.

This was our second stay here and we knew what to expect. The changes made since our last stay were exceptional. A warm welcome, a responsive host who made every effort possible to ensure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here
