An oasis of peace with a beautiful garden in busy Antananarivo! We were also well helped by Annie, who was always there for us.

Our stay was unfortunately shorter than planed, as our flight was delayed two days. So we only had one night at Tanias place. We loved the place and the people. Our kids got much needed rest after a few days of travel, and we had to struggle to get them out of bed in the morning.

Raffia Home is a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Tana. The bedrooms are big and beautifully decorated, and the common areas and the rooftop decks are perfect to relax and figure out your next adventure. One of the best parts is the traditional Malagasy breakfast, which is homemade and is a great introduction to Madagascar. Try to make time for a stroll in the bird refuge, and there is also a nearby taxi service. Jessica is a wonderful representative and guide for her beautiful country and was incredibly helpful with our ideas and questions. We wouldn’t have had such a special expedition in this amazing country if we didn’t experience Raffia Home.

It was a pleasure to stay at Mirana's place, the house matched the photos apart from the pool which was for us a little far to access it regularly. We stayed for almost 40 days this time and the hosts were very welcoming and quick to respond to all needs.We had a baby and had a crib and baby tub for us, which made us feel very nestled.It is fully equipped, such as: washing machine, oven, microwave, gas stove, toaster, rice cooker, coffee machine, various plates and pots.We know that these are provided in Madagascar and life is really convenient. Madagascar has recently entered a dry period with a well behind the yard, and there is also a water tank, the guards can help with water lifting, so we also have a very good experience during a difficult time in a big environment.In addition to the accommodation aspect, also suggested very nice restaurants nearby to help us communicate with other shoppers so that all the items we needed were delivered in a timely manner.We had a very good experience this time!Would recommend staying with my friends if they came.Thank you!

Great stay! Big spacious apartment, over looking the swiming pool at the front and countryside/ residence to the back. Very clean and easy to find, in a beautiful ane very safe environment. Met at the specified time and let into the appartment, given a quick tour.The host was also able to provide a cot at the last minute which was very much appreciated. There was air-conditioning available in the living room and a fab in one of the bedrooms which was great. Comfortable beds, with great mattresses, which you dont always find in Madagascar. The kitchen had basics already available such as coffee, sugar etc. Local amenities close by such as a supermarket, restaurants, taxis and atms. Great stay and excellent host!

Our stay with Emmanuel and his family was lovely, the whole family is very welcoming and very nice, the house is very large and there is everything you need. We are a family with small children and the place is very secure and very quiet. We took advantage of our visit to Antananarivo to host our whole family and the place is big enough for everyone to find their place, we enjoyed the swing, the cottage and the barbecue. We'll be back for sure on our next visit. A perfect place for a very cheap price. Thanks again for everything and see you next time

We felt right at home in Niry's home. She was a great help when we had questions or requests. The accommodation is spacious, has all amenities (for cooking among other things, TV, Wi-Fi), located close to a shopping mall, a supermarket, the vegetable market and even a bookstore. It is very central compared to the rest of the city. Thank you so much for hosting us. 🌻 We'll be back with pleasure.

Following a first stay that went well a week before, I went back and it went very well again.

Flawless apartment, very well maintained and perfectly equipped, nothing is missing! The host's welcome was excellent, with great kindness and remarkable availability throughout the stay. Very responsive when needed, which is really reassuring. I highly recommend this rental, it was a great experience.

The accommodation is very well equipped and it feels good according to her In a few days it will be up to me, to spend a few days there. The view over the city is beautiful. The apartment is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped. Pascale, and her team are super friendly and helpful. We were happy to extend our stay.

The accommodation is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You'll have access to the pool and an entire home for the price of a room elsewhere. And, on top of that, the host's sense of hospitality will make your stay an unforgettable trip to Madagascar.

Our stay at Nirisoa's was great! The studio is just as described, small but completely functional. Its really nice to have a little outdoor patio and the home felt very safe. The location is great, walking distance to the grocery store, market stalls, cafes, gym, bank, and local restaurants. Nirisoa and her family are wonderful hosts, extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at Nirisoa's and we recommend it.

Excellent spacious accommodation that matches the description in a peaceful and above all secure neighborhood. The host is responsive and in addition, a friendly and efficient housekeeper comes 3 times/week. One downside, the lack of instructions on connecting the refrigerator and the washing machine that could not be repaired during our stay. Apart from that, I highly recommend this place which is also perfectly decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped and it feels like home!!
