Excellent everything. Cleanliness, location, convenience. Two blocks from the pedestrian. Pablo excellent. The pool, the sum, all very comfortable. They are doubts, we'll be back.

Everything matches what was posted. The location is very good and the duplex is very nice. In general, everything is very good, but they should take care of some details, such as reinforcing the crockery (regardless of being uneven, no large cups of coffee with milk or jars, or bowls, etc.), improve the lighting (especially in the room of the 2 single beds, where nothing is seen) and provide undiluted detergent and liquid soap. As for the cleanliness, the linen was great and overall everything was clean, except for some specific things, such as the cutlery drawer or the chair seats. What I decidedly left out was the broken plastic tablecloth, with the dirty plush, which doesn't fit everything else. Except for these observations, it's a recommended place. Also, communication was very good from the reservation.

The house is beautiful I would say that better than what you see in photos, the communication with Maria José was excellent. The only thing to criticize is the water in the area that comes out murky is not suitable for consumption, this is not a problem of the house but of the location in which it is located. From there in more everything excellent from the facilities, location, security etc. I would come back!

Villa Duende is an amazing place for its beauty and tranquility. Its location is unbeatable with a departure to the lake. Osvaldo's service is excellent. Always attentive and willing to help and give recommendations on what to do. An excellent place to spend unique days.

We were a Cheno group and it was a good place to stay and enjoy a tremendous group weekend. We really felt like we were at home and the host helped us with the management of places to eat, go out at night, among others. I recommend it.

Everything was very good. The area is beautiful, Tomi was very attentive and clear. Flexible and willing to help. two things as an observation, without implying a lower score. One, the pillows need to be changed. And two, improve the cleanliness of the shower (tiles, bathtub, curtain).

The apartment in general is nice, with a good value. It has a good location, although it's not in the downtown area, it doesn't take long. It doesn't take long to get there (either walking or by car)... Also a few steps away there is a supermarket, kiosk, bakery and ice cream shop... Also some parks and a very nice spa... Regarding the host, Pablo was very friendly and predisposed, especially with the check-in and check-out times, something that for us was very important...

Federico and Florencia's house is beautiful. We had a very nice time, we were two couples with two 3-year-old girls and we were super comfortable. The house is even nicer than in the photos, everything was spotless. Their service was excellent, always attentive to everything, they even welcomed us with some things to eat. The girls had games, one of the days we used the pool, all the rooms have air conditioning/heating, the kitchen is very well equipped, the grill is large and comfortable. Regarding the environment, it is very quiet, full of nature, trees, there are several beaches nearby (they also left us chairs to take). 20 minutes away there is a very entertaining park to spend the day with children of all ages, we all had fun. At night we went out to eat a few days and there are options 5 minutes from the house. We really enjoyed the accommodation and we'd like to highlight the kindness of the owners and how beautiful the property is. We recommend it 100 per 100.

The place was everything quiet we expected, the good predisposition of the owners, but in turn without intrusion and with a lot of respect for privacy made the accommodation meet all the expectations and requirements we wanted... An amazing experience! The accommodation is very comfortable, with lots of activities to do and a very large garden with a path down to the river. The kitchen is fully stocked. The layout of the house is great for several families as it has independent and separate spaces. Ideal to come with children, as it has many games, which I did not notice in the photos, such as hammocks, a little house, basketball, ping pong and metegol. The house is very nicely located: surrounded by nature and at the same time steps away from downtown. In my case, I went with my group of friends, and we really enjoyed all the amenities of the house. Highly recommended for families too. Ana Claudia and Federico, who welcomed us, were always very attentive and cordial in their treatment. I would definitely go back!

Very nice place, very close to the center without annoying noises, the only thing against is that the place is shared with another cabin and from a moment it becomes a little uncomfortable when people enter and leave.

Excellent for short stays and no more than 3 people. When consulting him to facilitate a garage since he does not know how to give us info, then on the last day of the stay we met a person who told us that the baskets in the building are for ANY tenant, contradicting what the hosts told us. The rest is excellent.
