In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

For those looking for something extra nice, one of the best private locations in Sörmland with its own jetty and wood-fired sauna. Access to kayaks, tennis court and lovely quiet location on the peninsula. Very scenic place. Wing buildings to farm 90 min from Stockholm in very good condition of 45 sqm each as well as two modern bathrooms. Brilliant lake views from all windows. Newly built full-size kitchen. Varmt välkommen till Lill-stugan. Här har du skogen och de vilda djuren inpå knutarna. Titta ut genom fönstret och kanske ser du några hjortar som går och betar. På sommaren är det får och lamm precis intill stugan som går i sina hagar. Intill stugan ligger vår egen lilla sjö. Låna roddbåten och ro ut en sväng. Fixa grillning nere vid sjöstugan. Promenera i skogen. Åk till Kvarnsjön och bada ca 1 km från stugan.
