Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. In het oude karakteristieke Broek in Waterland nabij de kerk, in een nieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Met eigen toegang (zelf in-check) een split-level met slaapgedeelte en tuin. Op de begane grond (24 m2) is een woonkamer met bank, keukentje met koelkast, twee kookplaten, eethoek en aparte badkamer. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met een 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte en een kledingrek. Goede Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur (10,- per fiets per dag)

De Praktijk

Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Nice and cosy studio in Amsterdam

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.

We offer a nice 'cottage' guest house next to our wooden house in the beautiful village of Zuiderwoude (only 300 habitants). The cottage has a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully equiped kitchen and a cosy bedroom upstairs. Zuiderwoude is located only 8 km from Amsterdam and also very close to Volendam and the island of Marken. Amsterdam can be reached by bus in 15 minutes.
