The house is better than in the photos, very spacious with enough rooms for a large group and very clean, also located very close to the sea and with views from one of the rooms. The garden with pool was also a pleasure, if we return to Bilbao we will definitely repeat

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Super friendly and helpful hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problem. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.

Accommodation as described, very practical and functional with everything you need. The host was very close and attentive to us. A place with views of the Suances estuary, in a fantastic and central area of main roads.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

the "Casa del abuelo" is located in the heart of Cantabria in a green setting with all the necessary amenities. For our group of 9 people with children, it had enough rooms and a beautiful view. In the heart of nature and less than an hour from the famous cabarceno animal park; the different caves in the region, and the most beautiful beaches in the region ( La Salvé de Laredo, El Sardinero de Santander,... ) With a strong identity, Ana has provided all the documentation of interesting places in the area. We have books and board games in abundance. In this cottage, you can enjoy the scenery and walk or drive to tourist places: Castro urduales, san vicente de la barquera,... On the other hand , a car is absolutely necessary.

The place is wonderful. The landscape is constantly changing, the tranquility and serenity is permanent. The setting is fantastic: The Rio Miera descending with lots of water, the impressive nearby mountain passes and the mountain cocido waiting to complete the day. The house, it is a well arranged and very nice cabin, with slight inconveniences and very justito utensils; but good heating. Although Revilla says that in Cantabria it does not rain, it rained 12 of the 15 days we were, but we loved it. A landscape like that has to be watered frequently and enjoyed. Angela is charming and always willing to attend you. It's been a great stay.

Small apartment with lots of charm, we thank Adelia and her husband for the welcome, we had trouble finding them, we called them and they moved very late. Despite the language barrier we were able to communicate properly. we also thank them for the info for restaurant outings and others. we had a wonderful weekend . thank you .

Santi was an amazing host! I messaged him many times (maybe too many haha) and he was always super quick to respond with helpful information. The apartment was located in a small town that was very peaceful and had beautiful mountain views. The apartment was a decent size and the beds were very comfortable. Santi was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check out later than specified as he knew we were out very late the night before. Overall my family and I were very satisfied with our Airbnb and would highly recommend booking this Airbnb to others.

We absolutely loved our stay! The area and property is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is enormous for a home in Spain. It’s well decorated with antiques and the beds were comfy and firm. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We had local friends over for lunch and had a magical meal on the terrace, they were all in awe of the place.

Maria is very lucky to have VIP accommodation. We were delighted in the house and in love with its views, we spent the days and nights with the blinds up looking at the countryside through every window you looked at. Upon arrival, the house was as if it were your own, tidy, clean and with everything Maria had told us. We put the sheets and towels, but she always made it easy for us to put them, just as she offered us a travel crib for our little girl. The location of the apartment was ideal, a 3-minute walk from downtown and 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by countryside and without any noise, just the birds and the wind. The spacious garage and elevator directly to the apartment. We went with a van that measures 1.98m and it fit! (in case the information is useful to someone). We definitely loved it.
