Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ampelokipoi, Athens

I stayed at the accommodation for about two months. Communication was generally very smooth and quick. The hosts always took care of my concerns and always found solutions when problems arose. The nearest subway station is only a three- to four-minute walk away. There are also many cafés , restaurants, and supermarkets near the accommodation. Furthermore, the apartment is very cozy and tastefully furnished. I would gladly book the accommodation again at any time. Much thanks !

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

The host Romanos was very friendly and responsive when we had questions. The room was in a perfect location for seeing all the sites of downtown Athens.

Great central location. Despite the activity outside the room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

I liked the house, the house was clean , The owner of the house is very helpful, The interior of the house and the neighborhood were very nice, I recommend the house to everyone.

Niki’s loft brings the wow factor. The convenient location, stunning views, and fresh open layout alone are worth booking this place immediately when available. The easy host communication, airport transfers, and lots of extra guest resources in the unit make it even better. If Niki’s place is available during your time in Athens, do yourself a favor and book it! Highly recommend.

Το σπίτι το "έκλεισα" για την οικογένειά των κουμπάρων μου και είχαν να πουν μόνο τα καλύτερα και για το κατάλυμα αλλά και την επικοινωνία με την Εβελινα! Έμειναν τόσο ευχαριστημένοι όπου ασυζητητί όταν ξανάρθουν θα κλείσουμε πάλι εκεί!

Όλα ήταν όπως περιγράφεται. Το σπίτι όμορφο και περιποιημένο. Ήσυχη γειτονιά με εύκολο πάρκινγκ κοντά στο σπίτι. Ότι χρειάζεσαι όλα είναι δίπλα. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

La maison était décorée avec beaucoup de charme, confortable, avec une petite terrasse agréable pour manger ou prendre un café. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons été très bien accueillis , Akrivi a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les environs et a été très réactive lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’aide. Our stay was wonderful!
The house was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had a lovely little courtyard where we could enjoy meals or a coffee. We truly felt at home. We were warmly welcomed — Akrivi took the time to explain the area to us and was very responsive whenever we needed assistance.

We have had amazing time in Athens. Stamatis is amazing host, really friendly and helpful. His recommendation are really good. We highly recommend this host and his place.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

Apartment was exactly like the pictures showed and spotless. Oleg was there at check-in to welcome us into and show us around the apartment. Surroundings felt safe and there were great restaurants within a 5 minute walk away. We also loved that the apartment was quite close to bus stops, which made it easy to get to the city centre. One thing to note is that the hot water required around 50 minutes of heating up before using. We have not tested how much hot water there was, but it was enough for at least 20 minutes of nonstop use. Ceiling in the shower area may also be low for anyone over 180cm. But overall great experience!

お部屋が非常に綺麗で静かな住宅街。バス停徒歩3〜6分圏内にあり、メインの観光名所には25分程でアクセスできます。スーパーや美味しいパン屋がバス停の近くにあります。マンションから徒歩10分でレストラン街があり賑わっていました。トラブルがあったときも柔軟に対応してくれ、とても親切なホストです。ギリシャに来た時はオススメします。

I had a wonderful stay here. Vasileios was incredibly responsive and helpful, kindly meeting me on arrival to show me around. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself is beautiful, with a sun-facing balcony perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic - central, safe, and easily walkable to everything. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Great stay at this Airbnb! Good central location in Athens near a Metro stop and with a rooftop view of the Acropolis. Nice to have a hot tub. nice touch to have a bottle of wine and an espresso machine. Clean. Spacious rooms with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bed is comfortable and the towels are great…. Soft, large, and absorbent. It was a bit lacking in storage space, shelves, place to put suitcases. It is a bit difficult to gain access. You need to be online, connect via an app to unlock the door to get into a tiny elevator, go up six floors and open the inside door using the app again. But it worked. The host is very responsive via the Airbnb app and quite accommodating. We recommend this place.
